I have been searching for hours now. and I pray to god you guys are still awake on here to help. Here's the deal
I decided to go with the Toolkit as it seemed like the easiest to use and most successful way to root the phone.
Went into it, used it to root using the Allinone method for rooting options. What I did forget to do, like a tard, is backup my current state.
Well what happened was a "Complete installation" of everything, when i rebooted my phone showed the samsung logo, then went black screen, and vibrated once, waited, vibrated 3 more times, then 3 more times, then waited. The blue LED is on showing its booting but it can never get past a black screen.
I went back into recovery and it was stock recovery, so I rebooted again, and it changed to CWM recovery, but still stuck in the black screen after the samsung logo.
The one thing I failed to realize is that the toolkit, for each device, they all say 4.0.4 for android version. Well unfortuntaely I was on 4.1.1 (the leaked build, so I was still unrooted)
This basically f***ed my phone, I've tried flashing the stock firmware and it fails on ODIN every time. The only thing that has passed so far is the stock kernal I flashed through ODIN, but nothing else.
Please help, I really need a phone, have had it for a month and 4 days now, and like I said, i really need a phone.
If anyone knows a way to just set everything back to stock firmware, I have access to CWM AND Download Mode.

I was trying to flash my phone (AT&T SGS3) back to stock today using this thread
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1739426
While I was downloading, I accidentally kicked the usb cable out of the phone.
I immediately pulled the battery and restarted the process.
Odin said it succeeded but when I boot I get stuck on a screen where it just says samsung. Like the first screen you see on boot but it happens a second time after the galaxy s logo and the at&t logo.
I don't know how to fix this. Can someone please help?
Also I was going to try the not rooted stock roms from this thread.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1737848
But the downloads don't seem to be working. Anyone know where I can download the stock roms?

Maybe try going into recovery mode and do a factory wipe there.
That worked. Thank you, you just saved me in a big way
Glad it worked. Happened to me too. From what I learned when changing ROM types tw-> aosp you need to wipe data.

After attempting to clean flash a new 4.3 (PACman) ROM this morning, my phone initially was working fine. However, it would get stuck on Browser and force me to battery pull a few times. After that, the phone got stuck on the boot screen and wouldn't boot into recovery mode either. I was still able to access download mode. I used Odin to flash the Stock ROM (4.0) back onto my phone which seemed to work for awhile.
But after about twenty minutes of it being on, my phone tried to firmware update to 4.1. I allowed it to reset after downloading the update. After that it got stuck again for a long time (twenty minutes) and I hastily pulled the battery because I needed directions from Maps. It got bricked again in the same manner (no boot, no recovery, still had download). I flashed the stock ROM once again through Odin but this time Google Play wasn't even installed. The phone bricked again after a couple of crashes.
I'm at a loss. I'm not sure if I should attempt to use Odin again or some other method. Any help would be much appreciated
Use this, no reason to go back to 4.0 http://qbking77.com/how-to-unroot/unroot-unbrick-the-samsung-galaxy-s-iii/

Unfortunately, that's the same TAR file I used in Odin both times :/
Edit: Didn't see the section with updates, I'll try flashing it when I get home!
Hi,
I have had my lg Optimus G for quite sometime now, almost since it came out. I have had it rooted since day 1 of owning it. We received the JVC firmware update, and i followed the instructions to install and re-root. It was all working just fine, wireless tether, all my root apps, ect. I went to test to see if my boot loader was still installed and i restarted my phone trying to bring up the custom recovery. It brought up the stock recovery menu. The only thing i can do now is go into stock recovery or download mode. It keeps rebooting. I just tried to LNGST but it just simply does the same thing after it reboots, it goes right back to stock recovery menu, or i can get it into download mode if its plugged in. Any suggestions on what i can try next? or is my phone completely pooched. I was using the JVB .bin during LNGST. Please any help you can provide would be awesome, this is my main means of communication.

A factory reset should get you going. You'll probably lose your SD with stock recovery reset though.

Well actually nothing in that menu worked, so i ended up trying teenybins a minute ago the stock zvb and it appears to have fixed my phone. I just reinstalled zvc on it. Im going to reroot and unlock with feegee again, i didnt unlock it last time, maybe thats what the issue was.
So i just Re-installed ZVC, and Re-rooted, and used Free-gee to gain unlock again. I have reboot several times and it looks like im good to go. Hopefully this forum will help people if they ever get the issues i did.
Okay here is the problem guys. I have my note three for three weeks now. Rooted it day one. But It seems with every phone I have addiction with flashing roms. I change around a lot. I have owned four devices this year. S4, note 3, nexus 4 and galaxy nexus. Rooted every device never had an issue that couldn't be fixed by flashing the stock tar via odin. The other day I flashed compulsion kernel and put me in a boot loop. So I did the natural thing and download the stock tar and flash via odin. First time was a bust. It said it was successful. Still put me in boot loop so I downloaded the stock tar from another location and tried again. Still no dice and still have boot loop. Tried flashing a custom rom after flashing the stock tar. Nothing still boot loop and I've also tried different recoveries and still nothing. I know its not hard bricked because I can still boot into recovery. I am actually a sales rep at a corporate tmobile store and did a warrarnty exchange and they are overnighting me another note three and I am going to send this one back. Little concerned as to having the rooted status on the device is going to go over. A couple times after I flashed the stock tar I got it to boot but then it would say "process system stopped responding wait or ok" then after clicked okay it reboots. I really hope there is someone out there with a solution.
HELP
This isnt your usual soft brick. If someone could please help I would appreciate it!!
Dude my phone out of nowhere bricklooped today like literally. I installed different roms no dice. 3 backups including the stock one and nothing still bootlooped I tried the brickloop fixer on jovys darthstalker v6 and I'm back up and running but if I reboot or turn off phone and reboot it goes into same bootloop he's a smart, brilliant dev I'm sure he can help me out as well as you

Hello everyone, this is my first post and pretty much a cry for help.
So I'm not new to the whole rooting scene, as I did many things on my old S3, but I'm having a bit of trouble with my note 3.
I had rooted my device about a week after I got it to remove some bloatware. Flashed some ROMs to try out but ended up back on stock firmware which removed root but didn't really care. Tried to update yesterday and got the whole "you're device has been modified" thing. So I rooted again and downloaded xposed installer and that app to fake system to not get that message. Everything seemed fine, got the update and started downloading. Once it finished downloading and tried updating, I got a failed to update message then back to home screen. Went on some forums and read Kies was working for people who had rooted phones. Tested that out and started working. Download went fine, it started updating, all was good. Said update was complete and it was restarting..... Let the fun begin.
About 10 minutes later (I waited this long because I've flashed plenty of ROMs and I know the initial boot can take forever) and it was stuck at Samsung boot logo. On the top left there was a blue message saying "Recovery Rebooting." I restarted again, same thing. Did a battery pull waited a few minutes and still nothing. Wouldn't go into recovery mode, but it did go into download mode. Assumed something was wrong with the recovery so I flashed a custom one. Finally was able to go into recovery so I did factory reset/cache and rebooted. Phone was still stuck at boot logo but this time no blue message. I then found the 4.4.2 KK md5 file online so I flashed that through Odin but same story. Ended up flashing back to stock 4.3 and that's where I'm at now.
Any ideas? Am I stuck without KK forever? The only thing I think there's left to do is go completely stock by removing the Knox counter or whatever that's currently set to 0x1 on my phone. Doing the whole "Triangle away" thing but idk if that'll make a difference.
Sorry for the really long post but I'd prefer to explain everything I've tried so far.
You might have had a bad download from the odin.tar.md5 file redownload and flash again i have heard other pwople say they had to flash it 2 times for it to take and once u do the update to 4.4.2 you cannot revert back to 4.3

I thought rooted phones weren't allowed to update via Kies or OTA.

I guess I'll try to download it again and see if that works. Do you know if that's through Kies or through manually downloading it then using Odin?

Well it seemed to update for me. At least the verification process went through. I used Wanam Xposed and had the fake system status thing checked. Either way something went wrong and didn't finish the updating process and got stuck at boot logo with no recovery options.
The OTA update did not work though. I was able to get the update downloading after Wanam, but once the download finished, the update failed before trying to install. Did not try OTA again though I just went to Kies, then Odin. But all 3 methods failed.
