S Voice Network Error out on Wind Mobile - T-Mobile, Samsung Galaxy SIII

I have a SIII from Wind Mobile.
Here is the issue:
My S Voice Only works on Wifi, when on Cell network I always get "Network Error, Please try again" or" Network Time out, please try again"
I was on chat with Samsung support and the only thing they recommended is to factory reset the phone and try S Voice again. So i did that, and it seemed to be working. So i started to readd all apps and setting to my phone. First thing I did was add my Google account and turned on Sync. After sync completed I tried S Voice again. To my surprise it I started to get "Network Error, Please try again". So i had a though and Disabled sync of google account. waited for a couple minutes and tried again. S Voice started to work again, i tried a few times and it still worked. I Turned on Syncing again and all of a sudden I get "Network Error, Please try again". Is this to do with the Quality of signal Wind Mobile is getting? Does anyone else on wind get this problem. It is driving me crazy!!!!!
Thanks

Still having this issue? anyone have any clue?

I don't have a solution to your problem unfortunately. I just wanted to say that I have the opposite problem, where S Voice will not work at all on WiFi, but works fine every time on a mobile connection. The status of my Google account makes no difference for me. Go figure.

[Q] Wifi Calling Problem

Just installed G-Lite 1.0.7. Loving the ROM so far, but just had a couple of things not working. No Swype at first, but I was able to restore that using Titanium and turning off the default android keyboard. Wifi calling is still broken.
I get a couple of error messages with it - "W005.1 ISP Error Retry" and then I get "You are currently not registered with the T-Mobile network. Would you like to register to enable Wi-Fi Calling?"
It gives me a register button to click on and when I click it the app closes and takes me back to the desktop. Noticed that in the settings for wifi calling there is nothing listed under "My Network" for "UNC Address" or "SGW Address". And if I try "Ping Network" the address it wants to ping just says "NULL".
Looks like the wifi calling app doesn't have any of its settings. Tried restoring the app with Titanium but the settings are still not there. Any ideas how to fix? Thanks!

According to the T-Mobile twitter, Wi-Fi calling was down for maintenance today.

Yeah so I just came back to my post to say that it randomly started working again. Hoping it was on TMO's end. Figures they would do it right when I switch roms...

Hey man I was having the same problem today - however, after a reboot (not intended to fix the problem), it was working fine! I may have just timed it perfectly or something. I have been having issues like this maybe twice in the last few weeks or so, counting this time. Reboot fixed it last time, so I figured that was it then.
Hearing about T-Mo's issue makes me wonder if I just happened to get it working coincidentally. Or, maybe it was a weird issue on there end that I could fix simply by rebooting my phone before they fixed it without me having to do that.
If that makes any sense at all. Haha.

Voice to text not working "Couldn't Connect"

I just switched from T-Mobile to AT&T and I cannot get voice to text working for some reason all of a sudden. Every time I hit it, it says "Couldn't Connect" with an exclamation point. It doesn't even attempt to do it, it's almost as if it's not seeing any connection at all. I'm getting full 3G and all apps seem able to access the net just fine. Any ideas? Works fine on wifi.
Bump please

Data Connects then Disconnects help

I'm having a problem with my data. For some reason, it stops working and says that I currently don't have a data plan with T-Mobile, when I in fact do. When I disconnect and then reconnect it works, but then after 5 minutes repeats the same error. Also, I noticed my T-mobile account app doesn't work. It opens, but then says "We are not able to process your request at this moment. Please try again. Is there anything I can do to fix it?

"call ended" immediately

Starting today, my Note 4 gets into a mode where whenever I place a phone call, the phone immediately says "Call ended" and hangs up before even connecting.
Signal strength is fine and nothing has changed today (including my physical location).
I've tried clearing cache/data on the Phone app and force-stopping the Phone app, but that doesn't fix the problem.
If I reboot the phone, then the problem does disappear for a while and I can place calls normally. But within an hour or so it's back in "Call ended" mode.
Since rebooting always fixes it immediately, the problem appears to be with the phone and not the carrier. I'm running the latest OTA version (COC4), totally stock.
Does anyone know of a solution, or at least a quicker workaround than rebooting?
the same thing is happening to me... last update
Factory reset, as much as it sucks it fixes most issues, not all obviously
Go into network settings turn off enhanced 4g lte services. Go into apn settings and reset to default. Reboot.
Similar situation happened to me.

I am having very similar symptom now on my Galaxy S6 Stock, however resetting APN not work
, is there still hope not to go factory resetting? I found some people not having problem solved but yet have to face a empty phone again and again, what a waste of time :silly:
BTW, I can have this "call ended" immediately" issue fixed for like 30 mins by switch between voice call mode like 4G/3G/2G automatic <-> 3G/2G automatic, but after a short time it goes back again, turn out the fix not quite helpful because even inbound calls result in as "no receiving", quite an issue.

Server connection problem

Hi all with my one week old s9 I occasionally get the error of "server access failure (1,-1) .check your network or try again later." Pop up on the screen. But overall seems like I can still use my phone no problem on mobile network. Tried to reset network settings same thing happened , it doesn't seem like a 'huge' problem seems things are working fine.. but anyone know what's the problem with the pop up message ?
Try to reset your APN settings, just to be sure the phone will try to connect again to the mobile data network.
