I'm using the OTA 2.3 and whenever i restart or power off/on the phone, the display is very dim upon reloading. I can go into display and readjust the brightness to get it back again but it goes back to being dim upon reboot.
Anyone else having this issue?
Remove fast boot option. Should fix that problem.

Is this a bug with fastboot or is it just loading too fast to catch all the settings?
I don't know. I think its loading to fast and does not catch all settings

Not sure what I did but for some reason the swiftkey flow isnt working. The setting is checked and I cant figure it out....anyone else having the same problem?

Oddly enough, the issue was due to having light flow installed. It was also messing up my airview and activated the talk back. Un installed and everything is back to normal.

I have a rooted unlocked tmo galaxy s3, currently running infamous 4.5. Haven't had any problems with it until today, twice now it's frozen upon rotation. Anyone else having this problem? Either with or without this rom, thanks in advance...

Turn off screen rotation lol problem solved

Need more info; it could be a kernel issue, an app issue, or a user error on the way you installed the rom...
Followed Jamison's instructions to the letter, full wipe, 3x for everything, with the kernel in his rom, I did turn off screen rotation for now, no problems since. Doesn't matter what app is running at the time, home screen, gmail, and messenger are what froze. It's didn't do it on 4.4, just on 4.5. Anything else that might ad helpful, let of know.

The only other option I would suggest is redownload and rewipe everything and don't restore stuff.
I'm using the same ROM and tried rotate with many different apps and experienced no lock ups. I too suggest you reflash again with full wipe

I'll try that later on, and like I said, only freezes if it times out while rotated to one of the sides

Oh ok didn't catch that, but I just tried it and let the screen time out with a few apps open while in landscape and nothing happened

Think I figured it out, I'm using the aosp lock screen and somehow the ripple effect got turned back on, was still freezing after wipe, let's see if this works. Lol. Tested it a few times and no freezes yet.

Yeah that was it, having ripple enabled with aosp lock screen gives problems

I had it shut off originally, don't recall turning it back on, but maybe I did. Lol.

Anyone?

Check settings make sure notifications are turned on. Someone asked this the other day and I think that was the solution. Think it is under settings/blocking mode.
turn auto sync on try if it works
I'm not sure what's going on. I've had this problem for a while, but I finally decided to write about it. During a call my proximity sensor will turn off the screen like it should when I put the phone to my face. But when I take the phone away from my face the screen will not come back on. I have checked my settings and everything is enabled that should be.
I am stock rooted with Kit Kat. Is anyone having any similar problems? Please let me know.
Thanks

Make sure you have no dust over the proximity sensor . Use compressed air. I posted a similar thread .
