I can search it, I was not finding anything relatable..
im on: gapps-jb-20120726-signed.zip
I also switched to gapps-jb-20120719-signed.zip and had the same issue...
I am going to reflash the rom with the gapps-jb-20120719-signed.zip through cmw.. and see if that changes anything for me...
Well that didn't work. I am restoring my last backup.

Hey all,
I think I'm finally ready to make the move.
Where can I go to make sure I get the correct version of CM7 (i think final version - 7.0.2.1?)
I have had issues in past with getting a bad version.
Also... what is GAPPS?
THANKS!!

you can read up here http://forum.cyanogenmod.com/forum/88-htc-incredible-stable-mod/
I would Highly recommend using ROM Manager to install CM7.0.2.1
I have had better luck getting everything to work on the first shot using ROM Manager
CM7 here.
GAPPS are Google apps like Gmail, Market, but I believe you don't need them as they should be there, at least they were when I installed CM7.

nah, you need to install them

Google Apps contain the proprietary Google applications that come pre-installed with most android devices. Due to licensing restrictions, these apps cannot come pre-installed with CyanogenMod and must be installed separately.

The filename is: Liquid-JB-v2.1-Beta3.2-d2att.zip
I can give you my box.com account so you can upload it for me.

USB-DAC functionality worked on the LiquidSmooth 4.2.1 ROM. It was the only AOSP ROM for d2att that worked.
But that functionality is broken in all 4.2.2 ROM's so far.

Ah I see. And I guess you didn't make a backup before flashing 4.2.2? Nor kept the ROM.zip?
If you don't get a reply here, might gonna have to ask the Dev or someone in the Team for it.

Yeah, I made a nandroid. I'm running on it right now. But it was a dirty flash and I need to be ready for when I need to do a clean install.
I did PM the OP for the dev thread a couple days ago (dj4prez) but he hasn't responded.

Nandroids are pretty much a clean flash as it overwrites everything you have to restore your backup.
I meant the Nandroid I have is *from* a dirty flash.
It looks like it'll be awhile before USB-DAC is supported in 4.2.2 ROM's.
I would just feel a lot better if I could do a clean flash of this ROM on my phone before I start spending a lot of time tweaking it out the way I like.

Yeah, that was an older one.
The beta 3.2 that I want has a lot of fixes in it.

It's weird because a lot of times, you can find the original file mirrored all over the Internet. Not this time though!
Nahh, I deleted the original 4.2.1 zip when I saw them came out with 4.2.2. Was so excited about it and just assumed the USB-DAC would work in that also.
And.... I cleaned my recycle bin so it's gone gone gone.
And there are quite a few others out there who would still want to flash this ROM for the USB-DAC functionality. That actually works MUCH better on this ROM that it did on Samsung TW ROM's.
Hello community,
I have the following Play Store issues with this awesome ROM:
1) Some thumbnails are blank. Like this:
s23.postimg.org/twfu8d72j/2013_09_22_19_21_06.png
s23.postimg.org/ild6k007f/2013_09_22_19_21_40.png
(no pics allowed??? )
2) Sometimes it lags when i try to open an app details.
Does anyone else have these issues?
Thanks for your time.
Its likely an issue with the gapps. Maybe try installing other ones instead such as the ones from goo.im or PA gapps.

Well this is the first time I've heard of this specific issue. I think someone else was having a problem with the play store as well, but I'm not sure if it was the same thing you are experiencing. Check the last few pages of the thread and see if there's anything that may help.
Porting is a pain in the buns.
So let me inform all of you on my toubles with the Samsung Galaxy s4 (T-mobile variant SGH-M919).
I had tried to install the latest CyanogenMod v10.1.3.1 ROM, (which was indeed successful, and infact, I love how
sexy and smooth the UI is), but I didn't install Gapps when installing the ROM, if that makes any difference.
So later, I realized how much I needed Google Play store, and I installed an off-store apk of ROM manager and
Installed Gapps. After flashing it, I set up everything on my Google account.
But here is where the bun-pain starts. Google play works great, but literally, no other Google apps will work
(IE: Google search, crashes every time).
If you have experienced the same issue and have sought out a way to fix this issue/ you know a possible way to fix
this, please don't hesitate to help, as that would be greatly appriciated!

Yes I did enable root rights in dev options. I'm just so lost... I've spent hours googling for answers,
And so far, nothing has helped
The only known thing I know to do, is to execute the /system/bin/su file.. I just have to figure out how. Honestly, I'm not sure. This whole thing is a long, LONG rabbit trail, just to get freaking root rights on cm10.
I may just end up flashing an AOSP ROM (one close to cm10) that actually HAS root.
Okay, I found a nice looking AOSP Rom- Eclipse ROM 5.1 ...
Question! -Does this ROM Development have any flash zips for T-Mobile S4? (Sgh-m919)

Always provide links to exactly what you're asking.
Also, make sure you flash the appropriate Gapps.
There's some for 4.2 and some for 4.3.
lol All releases of CM have root. You need to do a clean install of cm and flash gapps before first boot. You more than likely also flashed the wrong gapps. Consult the link below.

I found this link: https://goo.im/devs/ParanoidAndroid/roms/tate/
Is there a difference between 3.99 and 3.99-RC2? (I'm not sure what RC2 is, that's why I'm asking), And also, can I dirty flash it, or do I have to do a factory reset first, as if I'm flashing a whole different rom?

Rc2 would be the last release. The latest 3.99 there is.
If you are on KitKat, you need to clean wipe and install.

Theme engine as it exists today was not in 3.x
Yes you need gapps from jellybean
Also, you should use titanium backup to backup your apps and settings. You don't need to do everything over from scratch. When I have to clean wipe and start over I'm back up and running in about 30 minutes from start to finish.

I've read this about titanium backup, but I have to admit that I never realized how I'm meant to backup it... I should look for a tutorial somewhere
Hey, I know, I keep asking stuff... is it my idea, or is PA development for KFHD pretty farther behind than it is for other devices? I might be looking in the wrong place but I find only up to 4.4 when I see that 4.6 has already been released for others... Are you using PA, do you know if they'll be reliable for future updates in this device?

We don't even support that device. We support nexus, oppo, and one plus one officially.
Legacy team supports what they possibly can.
