Use fastboot to flash a recovery image and from there flash a ROM. With a little digging I think there is even a way to fastboot flash a ROM, or you could always use a RUU and just root it again.

Boot into recovery, plug into a PC, open a command prompt and type: adb push name-of-ROM.zip /sdcard/

Yes,but the problem is:how can i upload the rom image in the phone if it is only in recovery?
flash one of the factory images using fastboot. you can then install cwm and copy whichever ROM you want to and flash it in recovery

Do not use the Toolkit! Higher chance of bricking devices! Just use fastboot commands, what's wrong with that?
On your computer, just download a ROM, put it in the same directory as adb and fastboot, type in "adb push ROMNAME.zip /sdcard/" while on recovery mode. Not that hard! This way, you can educate yourself, so you don't need to ask for help again!

It sounds like your drivers may not be installed correctly. A few posts above yours is one by efrant. Read through the guides linked in his sig. One of them has some great information about drivers and making sure you've got them installed right. It looks a little intimidating at first, but read through a couple of times and it won't seem quite so overwhelming. If you're like me and need some information to compare against, check out Jubakuba's guides as well. They are both covering about the same thing, just explaining it a little differently.

The toolkit wont help you now, will it?
Uninstall drivers, reboot pc, put phone in recovery, connect to pc, feed it the naked drivers, use adb binary for windows which i'm sure is attached to one of the few guides.
Push the rom, flash, done.

I would definitely recommend you find a rooted stock PC36IMG.zip, place it on your SD card, and see if the bootloader recognizes it. Something on that screen looks weird - you haven't done anything that may have corrupted your bootloader, have you?

ROOT THE T-MOBILE SGSII
This Method will flash a recovery Image and then you can flash the superuser .zip file to root the phone.
This requires minor knowledge. But BE CAREFUL Because this can harm your phone!
First Things you need to have:
*You Need ODIN 1.8++(CLICK ME)
*The USB Drivers for Our SGSII
*Clockworkmod which you are going to flash via ODIN
Code:
md5sum - 8bf6802a84d85aa7da0c1976c0f129d1
*Superuser+Su files to flash thru clockworkmod later on!
*SDCARD installed for CWR
How to Root the phone...
*Before We get things rolling, Make sure the Phone is recognized by your PC.
*Put the Superuser .zip file on your internal SD
*Take the battery out and place it back
*Hold both Vol up + Vol down, and plug the USB cable in.
*On ODIN, Select the PDA button and browse to the recovery-cwm-hercules.tar
*Select Start and see the magic do its thing.
*It should flash the file to Recovery and reboot the phone.
*Take the battery out again and now boot into recovery
*Power off phone, unplug USB, Hold Both Vol up + Vol down and Hit power
*PERFORM NANDROID BACKUP FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY*
*Select Install zip from sdcard, choose the Superuser .zip and let it finish.
*Reboot!
*Now Lets delete some bloat ok? Be careful of what you delete!
***Thanks To Slayher for ROOTING the phone, i just created this small guide for you all to use.
Thank u.....first time being first

Hi,
My problem is that the connection on the bottom of the phone are kind of broke.
Sometime the phone thinks it's charging when it's not and sometime the connecter dosen't work at all
So my question is if it's possible to flash or install stock Rom/lock boot-loaders from the phone so i don't have to connect it to the PC.
Is that possible? Because i want to send it back to Samsung for repair.
P.S I can't check the stats on the phone. Like boot loaders and stuff like that because i got the phone to charge now. And i don't want to change anything because then it might stop charge. I Can write the specs in a cupple of hours.
Thanks in advance!
Don't think so....

You should be able to flash a stock ROM, but there is no way to re-lock the bootloader with connecting to a computer.

I'm pretty sure my guide says to back up your data OFF of your device. The /sdcard on a GNex is nothing more than a folder on the userdata partition: /data/media. So when you erase the entire userdata partition (which contains /data) with the fastboot flash command, it will certainly erase /data/media.

I've used 4 different cables (Nook, HP touchpad, generic, Samsung) on my GNex with no problems
I just recently rooted my Samsung Galaxy Nexus (Sprint) and I am having a hard time getting into the CWM recovery. Granted, the CWM recovery stays put, but getting into it is the problem. I hold down both volume buttons + power and my phone brings up "shell has been granted super user permissions" over and over.
The only way I can get into CWM is by installing ROM manager and selecting the option to boot into the recovery. I'm just afraid when something goes wrong and I need to go into recovery, I can't and basically screwed lol. If someone could give me some info or help me diagnose the problem I'd greatly appreciate it.

Go into recovery, mount usb storage and connect it to the computer. Copy the rom you want in your sd card, then unmount. Do a factory reset, and install the rom trough recovery. Then boot into fastboot, take kernel on pc and flash it. If you need more help, find me on hangouts or gtalk, it's easier to help there. I'll pm you my email.

I'll pm you my email.

bro still i din get yo MAIL ID
I'll help here then even if it's slow.
Your phone is not bricked, it just doesn't have a rom in it. If you can't mount usb storage, try taking the micro sd out and use an adapter to connect it to the computer, or try another sd. When you manage to open the micro sd on the computer, you need to copy a rom in it.
Each rom has its kernel, so when you download a rom, check the thread for the kernel that goes with it. You MUSTN'T flash other phone 's roms. You are gsm so you can find the roms in HTC One V android development and original android development. The cdma section is not for us gsm. Download the rom you like and its kernel. Copy the rom in your micro sd, unplug it and put it in your phone. Now boot into recovery. Do a factory reset, or if you have twrp recovery wipe everything but not the sd. Now go to install zip, and select the rom in your micro sd and install it. Now you have to flash the kernel. Reboot into fastboot mode and connect the phone to the pc. It should say fastboot usb. On the pc, open cmd and locate the folder where you put the kernel. I have a fastboot folder on desktop where I put all the kernels, so I type cd Desktop/fastboot. Now, in cmd type "fastboot devices" if it gives you some numbers you can go on and flash the kernel, if it says "waiting for device" you have to install fastboot drivers. Once you get fastboot devices working, you can flash kernel. Type "fastboot flash boot nameofkernel.img" and wait for it to complete (it takes 2 seconds maybe). Done, reboot your phone and wait for it to boot up. First boot takes some minutes!
I hope you can fix it with this. If you need more help I'm here.
