Yea that's on the way LOL
I was referring to the "3000"+mah

Anyone use the seidio or another 3rd party one

I would also like to know a good and huge battery. I would like to have a case to go around it. When I had my galaxy s2 I had an extended battery and a metal case around it that was pretty sweet. I would rather have a dual layer kinda like a otterbox anyone have any ideas?

I happen to have a brand new extended battery and an Otterbox for sale. 405-259-2797

Looks similar to the one I got on ebay. Not sure if your one raises the camera lense though?
This one does
http://www.ebay.com/itm/260997338821?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649
I bought melkco. It's not a good idea to get any that allow camera to be scratched.

Anyone used this?

I was checking a site and came across this good looking case with battery. Just wanted to know if anyone has used this type and how good / bad it is.

That one isn't a good one, I bought this one http://www.ebay.com/itm/3000mAh-Cha...ccessories&hash=item3378d7afa1#ht_3362wt_1037. It work's like a charm and it has a nice texture.

did some checking and it only puts out half an amp, meaning if you using the phone while its being charges the battery level can still decrease,no bueno

So...your USB port is used up when you put this case in? Why not just buy an extra battery replacement? much smaller than this cover.

Think the whole point here is to prevent having to shut down the device, remove /replace battery, then reboot. Especially if you have a case.

I've seen a few variants mentioned here. Has anyone seen any others than the ones so far on this site?
Thanks in advance.
I just ordered a bamboo case from the Netherlands on Etsy. I'll try to post some pix once I receive it.

Or,
Some people like handmade things that look classy. Wood can be beautiful. (thats what she said)
Do a search, there are some beautiful woods and wooden cases out there.
Just because its not your style doenst mean its stupid.

if you do a search tehre were at least two that i remember clicking.
I would pay upwards of $70 for a super thin wooden case. Maple or cedar would be amazing. I seen cases but there so fat. Just a super slim one would be nice.

I think quite a few kids that stalk these forums only look for cases that double as megatron transformer protectors of doom. I have a decent otterbox for when I go out to the field (military), and then a few nice thin ones for daily use. If you guys find any decent bamboo ones share the links!

Here’s the bamboo case I purchased on Etsy. I had to sand the base down a little for it to work with my Philips speaker docks, but other than that it's perfect.

What's with the hate on wooden cases? Unless someone can provide proof or situations where wooden cases have caused some sort of excessive overheating/burning... there's no reason it's a stupid idea. I have seen MUCH more ridiculous cases posted by people on this website. Tacky colors, cheap materials, hideous design concepts... how are those any less stupid than a wooden case? People pay thousands of dollars to have wood floors installed in their homes yet in order to improve its look yet it's a stupid idea to pay $40 for a case? Grow up kids.

Could you please provide a link to it or maybe provide a brand name? I'm not familiar with Etsy at all. A quick search on the site only found me a clip on back case similar to that one. Yours looks like its a slider and provides much more protection. It looks great and I'd definitely buy it if it's still available on etsy.
I also found some on eBay but I really hate buying from there especially when it comes from overseas since I almost got ripped off for an "OEM" Samsung Flip cover once before.

Easiest to remove drop protection case (?)

I usually change my battery at least once a day. I don't need extended batteries for everyday use. I am looking for the easiest removable heavy duty case since I have heard some are a pain to remove (ie: Otterbox) It appears the Seidio Active might be the one that looks easiest, but what have others experience.
The ballistic sg is pretty easy to take off and put back on

Don't change your battery, or modify your case and battery cover to fit an extended battery.

Ha the otterbox cases are not easy to remove... But i do have good luck with Griffin Survivor. I'm trying to hold out for the Otterbox Armor series. That'd be the easiest to get on and off.

To each their own... I don't like the tabs on the defender and the rubber stretches over time and the commuter isn't protective enough for me.

[Q] Bumper

Hey guys,
Can any of you suggest a Bumper to me for my GSM Gnex? The reason I am asking is because mine has a small chip in the screen (no crack, *phew*) at the very bottom.
I like thin phones and I have seen in https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1D4Ff3xX4iw&feature=youtube_gdata_player that there is one that fits my needs. However, the link does not work for it.
So I am asking if any of you have a link for this product, or a very similar one. I would like to be out of the same materials.
Thanks!
I have one to recommend.

Anyone know of a reputable source for the case above? Just recevied my case and it wasnt the color I asked for or the style pictured. Not worth sending it back to china and eBay buyer protection wont have me backed in case I got the wrong item again.
