Hbo Go - Nexus 7 Themes and Apps

Here is a link for anyone who wants HboGo on their tablet. Enjoy!
http://db.tt/cPvhPpgW

Downloading now. Thank you!

Wow the table ui is sweet!!
Why does the n7 play store have it listed as incompatible again?
*edit: spoke too soon...seems videos won't play and also nav and notification bars don't disappear. Anyway, I hope when HBO adds official N7 support we get to keep the tablet ui. Its so much cooler than the phone ui.

Max go isn't updated yet to be jb compatible is my guess. HBO go was literally just updated today so I'm assuming max go will also be updated soon.

HBO upgraded app now supports JB, works great on the the N7

Saw the good news and grabbed hbogo now that it's updated...can't get it to stream worth a crap sadly. Flip ovee to Netflix and HD streams fine, HBO goes audio only every few seconds....very odd. Maybe issues today for them or the app has issues....

HBOgo it's working great on my nexus 7

Don't get what you mean. Lovefilm is exactly the same as Netflix. Once the app is installed sign in with a Lovefilm account [I think the subscription is about £5 a month] then watch whatever you want.
Edit: I see what you mean. This is only a way of booking films/tv. There is no Lovefilm Player available for any device other than Kindle. There are numerous threads and no-one has managed to get it working on another device.
Please can you re-upload again? I need this app too. The long is dead.. Thanks

In theory, Google no longer supports Adobe Flash Player; that's why we see all this controversy with some Android browsers still supporting it while others don't and won't. Google's seems to be pushing the HTML5 but that just can't happen overnight. Adobe Flash Player is certainly not dead and it won't be replaced for a while.
That's why it says it's for ICS and yes, it'll work on JB without problems. Most likely Adobe will never (officially) be releasing a version dedicated to JB or KLP...
It's probably also why we'd have to dig deeper and deeper to find this ARCHIVED links.
If you search dolphin browser, someone has made/hacked a latest version to run flash! Reg version and beta along with jet pack! I've been using it for a while now, perfect!

Thanks but I've been using Boat Broawser Pro for quite some time - at least for me there is no better Android browser - period. It supports Flash (no hack needed) and it comes with all the features I need/like. I simply can't stand Dolphin's gestures. Boat Browser uses a very similar engine but (although it supports some gesture) it mainly works on button-based interactions.

Tested Skype with a friend last night on both our new Nexus 7's, and the camera was super zoomed in for both of us. Did you guys notice this? Even holding the tablet at full arms length, just our faces filled up the entire screen.
Also had issues with echo, we had to turn down our volumes really low so there wouldn't be mic feedback.
Hangouts is gut only video chat app I've tried on my N7 FHD. Works great! I use it on my other tablet and my phones as well. Love having just 1 app that can handle sooooo much!! It's awesome!!

Yep! I have the same problem. I had the video set on high quality. Going to try it on low quality to see if that makes any difference.

Tried Low Quality. Didn't make any difference. This problem makes Skype almost unuseable on the N7. Anyone else able to use Skype at 24 inch viewing distance and able to send a head and shoulders video?
Google hangouts? Ive used it with my wife on her nexus and me on my LG

lol i cant really "scroll" if it shows my whole computer screen on my tablet.
Well, if you'd said that to start with...
Once you've connected, go into the Settings (gear icon) then Resolution. Choose the size that works best with your eyesight. Now you can scroll around.
I've got mine set to Best Fit ( 1360x768 ).

PocketCloud works to pinch to zoom.
I use it, plus UltraVNC Server on my desktop. Of course, getting this all working correctly through a firewall, and past a router, accissible over the Internet with a persistent URL, is work, but if you know what you're doing...
