This method should work
Remove battery
Connect datacable to pc and phone
Open ph. In download mode
Pwr+home+vol. Dwn
Then odin screen will come
Insert batery
You are ready to flash stock rom...
It happens with some roms who have inbuild boot.img (kernel)

Hi XDA,
I've searched in many threads but i can't find an anwser.
I've bricked my Galaxy Gio when i flashed a custom kernel. It was the kernel in this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1319816
Now it does nothing, I can't boot in any mode, not in download mode, not in recovery mode...
I have android 2.3.3 Gingerbread.
Is there any way to unbrick or is my phone just an expensive decoration now.
Thanks in Advance.
Hi !!!
same new here
This ll work in some cases
Hope this will work in your device as well
Pull the battery to kill the boot loop (or whatever is hosed up), put the phone into downloading mode and re-flash the stock ROM.
Free to try...
Thanks for quick reply but i can't go into download mode as i said. Also my phone is just totally off and won't boot at all. My pc also doesn't detect it when it is plugged in.

If not even adb detects it, i'm pretty sure you're buggered, mate.
did you try and leave the battery out for some 10 min or more?
If adb does not detect the phone after that, then it seems to be a brick for real.
Is your phone stop at the "samsung" when you turn on your phone?
If is this,it's very easy to unbrick
One easy procedure which you might want to try with no guarantee it'll work:
-Remove the battery, microSD and SIM from the phone.
-Prepare the Odin software and your ROM on a known working system
-Connect the phone to the computer with the USB cable.
-With one hand, simultaneously hold Volume down, home and power.
-With your other hand, put the battery in the phone.
I was able to get Odin to detect an otherwise bricked phone this way. I was however unable to get further than the "setup connection" step. Maybe your outcome will be better.

Yes this way usually works. I've tested this way.
that worked for me to on a brick when it didnt even went on, no recovery, download mode etc, after waiting 2 weeks and trying to repair it myself I nearly throw it away, and then suddenly it went into download mode for about 1 or 2 seconds, wich told me the battery whasn't working.. so I started to charge the battery, and hoped it would boot, but it didn't.. using that method given above, I could get into download mode again, and flashes a new stock ROM. now I still have my phone, working.

I had my mainboard replaced at a service center... Probably not the news you would have liked, but I'm afraid that's your next step as well.

which kernel do you have and also you can flash without touching the phone itself...
Use flashtool to flash back to stock...hold back button to go into flash mode...
First of all make sure the phone is off,
then hold the search button for 5 secs and put in your micro usb cable,
download the stock firmware: http://www.xperiagamer.com/Stock-Roms/234-stock-firmware-for-flashtool.html
open up flashtool: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1351299
use a tuturial like this one: http://www.theandroidsoul.com/tutorial-how-to-flash-a-firmware-using-flashtool-on-xperia-arc/ if you don't understand how flashtool works
if everything went right your phone now boot's up

You don't need to go to download mode to flash tars. If you boot the phone, the first 5 seconds you can click fastly on the start button in odin.

update rooted phone guide. after this your phone got official status but maybe recovery cwm but who check if your volume button not working. install software of your choice and then go service center and say your volume buttons not working and say do not format your phone because I dont have backup. I hope this helps.
thnx
Hey thnx kenxda33....I tried all even updating but it entrs cwm and installation is aborted....nthings working for me.....anyways thnx a lot.....
Shut down your phone. pull the battery out.
connect your tether cable to the phone and USB
to computer. start odin, put tar file in PDA box.
don't change any other settings. Put your
phone in download mode by pressing both home & down volume buttons (not Power) and insert the battery. once in download mode, click on
Start on odin..

http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2764408 This will help you and also have you installed adb and fastboot in your pc? If not first install it.
Also don't forget to install the drivers as well.
T2 ultra dual cant turn on and cant charge
T2 ultra dual tried to charge it in a wall charger and tried it in usb connected to desktop charge but it only shows me a blinking red notification light.
i tried to turn it on but it wont. i tried to hard reset it with power button + volume up but nothing happen
Happened the same with me
So here's what I did
Use a branded data cable
And a 2amps output charger
Connect both
And connect it to your t2
Turn on the power of charger
As soon you see sony logo turn on the t2 normally
If it doesn't show sony logo, then disconnect everything and reconnect and repeat the procedure until it shows the sony logo
And don't let the battery go below 5 percent
Keep it to charge if battery is below 5 or 3
So yo won't have to do the 3 minutes procedure once again
And yeah..use a stable base..don't let the charging pin or mobile move during this process
For the question asked by narendra17
or just get ur charging slot replaced
