[Q] Wlan energy settings for [ROM][PNK] "Irksome Jalapeño" ~ Occasional & funky CM7 (
First i want thank phunky for this superior and phunky rom!!
And now to my question. I want to know what are the best wlan-energy-settings. Are they for CM7 the same as for CM6.1.3, set to "Never"??
I searched the thread but i can't find some hints for this.

[Q][Build.prop][Init.d] Best scripts/mods for the OG Evo running CM 7.2 Nightlies?

What scripts are you running? I am looking for the best combination of scripts that provide great 3g speeds, responsiveness and battery life. I would like to use this forum as a 'Once and for all, these are the tweaks to add if you are running CM 7.2. I know the smurfed out tweaks are good, but I have had trouble combining those with any others. Super Charger V6 also good, but doesn't play well with others. Loopy Smoothness tweaks, Nifty Conniption, I mean the list goes on...but...for maximum performance across the board which build.prop, init.d, sysctl.conf, ect. scripts work best with CM 7.2 nightlies? I have a list of collected build.prop scripts at home and will update to this post later. The idea is to come together as a community and collectively, once and for all, make our Evo's run as well as they can TWEAKED to the nth. Why CM 7.2? Because it is full functioning and open source.
Please leave your suggestions below and happy tweaking!

The best thing i can tell you to do is,trial and error and install each tweak manually to you build.prop,you will learn something new,plus you wont have to ask for help anymore.
You will just need a file explorer(root)to do this.I will write you a guide if you need one.

I don't need help because I dont know how to do it, I wanted help/advice on what others are finding as useful combinations.

All these threads below are asking the same thing, "What's the best", and the general consensus is that there isn't a "best", it's all about personal preference. And given how many ROMs and kernels there are you'll be hard pushed to find someone that has been able to use them all to give a significant review between the differences.

"What's the best/fastest ROM" threads should be deleted. People don't even use the search tool anymore. They just keep asking the same questions that have been answered in 20 other threads.

I think some1 should make a Rom guide with the diferent aspects of them.
Then when a new user comes in, he can find what hes looking for
- Speedy
- Functionality
- Appearance
- Tweaks
- Etc

That would be great for the original development ROMs, the problem is that the Dev section is full of tweaked user ROMs, a lot of which aren't that noticeably different from the next and are released by People still learning themselves.
