Hey guys.. I went from the eVo to the SGS2 about a year ago. I'm trying to help my friend flash his Evo. He is already rooted on this ROM but he says it is starting suck and not work properly. What is the best ROM/kernel combo that is stable. Link me if you can.. thanks in advance guys.

To tell u the truth there is no best rom kernel set up every phone reacts different there r no 2 evos alike. The only thing i can say depending on what your looking for in a rom ics sense or whatever try them out and see what fits u better. U can try tommytomatoes classic,digitalkarmas 7.77, jamieg71 reloaded .44. Those r my top 3.

Good deal. There are plenty to choose from. If you read thru that thread you will see there are plenty of happy people with it, as am I. This is a sense based rom. Try that out for a while, then you can try an AOSP rom and see which is for you.
But this one is fast? Talking about the internet and stuff

Lol. And I know I put my kernel on there. That's just what works best for me. Each Evo reacts different so you might have to try some and see which works best for you.

I'm on cm7 #37 right now. I love sense roms but when it comes to speed it blows sense out the water.

I'm on nightly 40, no complaints. I'd avoid 41 because its giving a lot of people high battery drain, myself included, which is why I went back to 40. 39 was also great.
