I am rooted and running wicked sensations. When I try to download apparently or games from the market it gives me an error stating "couldnt install on usb storage or storage card". What do I do to fix this?

If you read the OP of Wicked I had a fix in there for it. Unmount your sd card in settings, storage download game and then remount it.

OIH!! so sadd!!! No one can beat me tho.
I'm getting this error whilst trying to download new apps from the play store. It's letting me download updates just not new apps, and as you can see I have plenty of storage space.
I did a few searches but was unable to come up with a solution. I've tried wiping cache and dalvik, fixing permissions, wiping play store data, and wiping Google services framework data. No joy...
Any other ideas?

I am getting this message too and I have even done the swap of internal and external memory.
This is an old problem with the market. Let the market update and try again. Sometimes clearing cache in recovery fixes it.

probably it will not boot in recovery or fastboot mode.
it is kind of downloading mode. try to flash it with odin (see my sig. if it is GSM)

Try disconnecting battery and plugging into computer, reconnect and try to get into fastboot. Or if all else fails odin as stated above^^

I flashed Calkulin's ROM a few weeks ago and I got the 'system update available' message this morning.
Is there a way to disable this message, since I am not planning to apply the system update.

Yes, quite a few. If you use Xposed Framework there is a Syscope Blaster module. If not look for FOTAkill, I know it's somewhere in the General section.

I also noticed that it appeared under the Task Manager as 'Google Services Framework'. I killed the app and it's gone for now. It will probably re-appear when I reboot.
