[Q] Kernel Stuck!

Hello everyone,
I've installed a custom kernel by following this guide:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1508585
I've done everything as it's explained but now, when I power my phone ON, I get the image of Free Xperia Project, then I get the Sony Ericsson logo and it stucks there... It simple doesn't boot up! I can just turn it of by taking its battery out!!
Please, help me!

But what should I do now?? My phone is stuck!

If you haven't wiped userdata then use a kernel for the Rom you're on if it's not cm7/9, eg doomkernel. Your original Rom should boot.

just flash back to any of SE FW using flash tool for now.
and redo all the custom later.

The stock se rom is not compatible with fxp kernel.. you need to install the correct fxp rom to make it work..
Or flash any kernel compatible with stock rom..

Thanks everyone for your help. I flashed it with stock firmware using flash tool and then i went to a different rom.

[q] help needed ...

HELLO...
i already got my gio for about 1 year .. and today i happend .. my phone was doing weird things ...
it's rooted ofc with phiexz recoverry and Aurora rom
so i rebooted .. and then the back key and the bottom of my touchscreen doesn't work anymore O.O
plz ...............HELP!!!

gonna try that !

He has tried to go back to the RUU of the gio, with the rom that was supposed to work, and which he earlier this year also used to unbrick his phone.
Result: Hard brick, i guess.
Gonna try different methods, but let those advices come in please.
Meanwhile, I'll try to maintain the ABC rom thread, for fixes and maybe updates.
I can know this because i'm his brother.

[Q]AKOP JB wont work...

Okay so ive unlocked my boot loader, rooted my phone and sucessfully installed CWM 6.0 on my One V(CDMA). Okay so i was following the tutorial for installing the AKOP from here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1878994 but whenever i start up my phone it just gets stuck on the HTC splash screen saying the "this build is for testing purposes only..." i know that the kernel has to be flashed and i did do that using the sick kernel for HTC Primoc JB boot.img but it stilljust gets stuck on the splash screen i've alradey tried installing this ROM 2 times and my patience is really growing thin. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Im not sure if i am doing somenthing wrong so if someone could post a step-by-step tutorial with all the download links it would be appreciated.

Did u try any other rom?

Well no ive just tried that ROM i guess ill just try out a different rom i guess

Check your radio version on hboot. If it ends in .928, check out this thread.

Bricked SGH-i747M(stuck in the booting animation with a reflash)

Hi everybody.At first i want to clarify that i am new to the XDA forum and that english is not my common language so i may have difficulties to understand or being understand. So if misunderstanding occur i am really sorry.
So here what is happening right now. After hours and hours of reading on the XDA forum. I tough it would be cool to root and reflash a custom rom on my SHG-i747M. Si i did root my phone with the unified toolkit v7.0 wich was a success. Then i tried to flash a custom rom wich is avatar rom via cwm recovery. Everything seemed to work fine until i had to reboot the phone wich is now playing the booting animation in loop for hours and hours!
I don't know how to fix this and i am very disapointed since i been looking trough the forum for a solution and doesn't found one yet...So any help would be greatly apreciated! Thank you so much in advance for the help!

Whenever you get a bootloop it's always a good thing to reboot into recovery wipe cache, dalvik cache and try rebooting again.
Thankfully a bootloop isn't bricked.

[Q] [HELP] Boot animation, Splash screen and charge animatiom

So, I switched from Speed Rebirth ROM to Micro note ROM v2. Here are my problems...
1. Since I switched Roms, my splash animation is still "XPERIA SONY SMARTPHONE"
2. Also, the boot animation and shutdown animation is of "Samsung"
3. When I try to charge my phone powered off, the charge animation doesn't move and never times out...but the red led is on.
Can someone please tell me how to get back all the stock animations and fix the phone off-charge problem ?
Also, how to overclock my device ?(optional)
Any help would be greatly appreciated !!! Please help me asap...

Hi, thanks for your speedy reply... I really like the micro note ROM and don't want to go back to stock. Can you suggest some other alternative such that I get to keep my current ROM and the above problems are solved. Perhaps, replacing the ROM files with stock ones,... Pleas help me !!! My phone works perfectly except for these issues...

Flash stock rom & then flash micronote, this is how u can solve this problem as far as I know.... Keep a backup of ur internal memory while flashing stock rom

Thanks for your speedy reply. Can you tell me why has this happened ? Was there a problem with micro note or speed rebirth ROM ?
Also, how to solve phone off charging animation problem ?
One more thing though, I read somewhere that sp flash tools removes your imei while flashing...how do I take backup of my imei ?
And how do i restore it back ?
If i flash stock rom and then micronote, will my problem be solved ? Also, could you please give me the safest way to flash stock rom ?

Just do as I said in earlier post... All ur problems will be solved.... Sp tool doesn't remove ur imei.... Sp tool is the safest way to flash

How do i flash the logo which you gave me ? I have no clue... Please help. And, will it solve my problem about the phone off battery charging ?

just after downloading the files go to cwm recovery mode choose instal from sd card
select the boot zip and flash it , it should solve the boot logo only
and if you flash the second file you will be able to change the boot animation too
but flashing the boot logo should solve the charginig animation too..

I am facing the exact same problem. Can you tell me that given zips are working are not? I too dont want that xperia logo.
