Id say still hard to decide,lords is in my back up..purely because its smooth as...plus you know lords and twisteds are intertwined from the start so either one influences the other lol

Is Quattro using the cm settings ? The latest build from lordmod is back to evervolv and I don't like it at all Hopefully this is the last build with it and the next will be with the fully functionning CM Settings !!

Yes, he's just waiting for CM Settings to be ready, so evervolv is temporary... cm settings is in another branch and the latest build is with evervolv. I think he's making a build with CM settings about now.

+1 for Lord's IceColdSandwich. He released 1.2.0 today and I've been using it as a daily driver. He's real focused on the development activity and builds are being fired off every day. It takes some effort to keep up, but he's real responsive and fixing a lot of stuff. Camera is hit or miss for most folks, but I can deal with it.

I'm on Virtuous Quattro RC3, with Lord's latest kernel. 5 days now, so far so good. Between IceColdSandwich and Virtuous Quattro, I don't think either will disappoint you.
CM7 or pool party. Which one would any of you suggest? I've been using the CM7.2 Lang from Aero and I'm thinking of trying pool party.

Poolparty is nice I used it for bit and TSM is a great team. When I used it I only ran into one or two very small issues, manlyto do with some menu buttons fc on me. But last I read it was fixed but havent been able to play with it as of late. But the best advice really is to nand backup and give her a go.

cm 7.2 is better imo. TSM poolparty was a great rom, but it hasnt been updated in ages, so it lacks the GPS compass fix and the animated data arrows that most AOSP roms now have.

a new(er) build was posted for poolparty in december on rootz (wasnt updated here)
but the gb version is dead and sbrissen and omj are working on the ics version currently

Flash this a-gps fix (I used the Google 3x version) and all your gps problems will be gone( at least on aosp)

Hi, I decided to start an official post here on XDA too since the ICS thread over in general is getting rather large.
Downloads:

Wipe Data, Cache, and system
Flash the ROM
Flash GApps
Reboot into the system (first boot will take several minutes)
If you are having issues flashing, try a CM9 based CWM:
What's Currently Broken:
Face unlock may not work until FFC has been used in the Camera app.
Market download issues: su, and then killall drmserver in the terminal (needs to be done after each reboot if you are still having issues)

I was using the CM room for a while, but returned to stock due to a few bugs, however, I cannot live without the CM email and contacts app with the white background. Is there a way to have them in stock?

My observations with latest nightly. Browser closes randomly, on occasion. Not a force close, but quickly dissapears.
No voice service yet. Other then that, snappy ROM.
Edit: OK, I searched "Google search" in the playstore, and updated the app. That did the trick.

What do you mean fix the voice? No voice during calls?
Can this be dirty flashed over nightlies? I'd like to dirty flash, play with rom, adjust settings, back and restore my old rom until the bugs are fixed.

What he is talking about is not from just this rom but from CM in general. But yes you can dirty flash this over cm since it is just cm with Cherry picks.
Also another update coming soon.
But voice during calls works, right? That's the only "voice" I use. So if it works, this will be my daily. Thanks again for the work in the phone!

No, he's talking about voice calls over headphones not working at all... Its been a general bug on our device running CM since the beginning...

I will see if I can but not sure if it can be done as I have not looked at the files to much yet.
Maybe it's fixed now on nightlies, I've been using nightlies and voice works on my headset. Only one ear tho

I meant Google now and s voice. Voice search apps don't work on this yet.

Every time I long pressed for Google voice, it vanished. Not a force close, but barely popped up and closed. It also says I have voice installed on my device, but nothing works.
