Hey guys, just got my tmobile G2 and am having one small issue with CM7 7.0.3 Stable. Every now and again I'll have trouble waking it via the track pad... the only way in this situation is to use the lock button. (This happens when receiving calls too.) Any idea?

Anyone?

if, by that you mean clicking trackpad, the screen not turning on but the 4 buttons light up, then we are on the same boat, it happens to me too, not very often but no biggie for me.
I'd say the same thing but I have it happen when I'm receiving phone calls as well and as you can imagine the screen staying dark when a call comes in kinda sucks.

Have you tried opening the message app going into settings then general and unticking show sent message history along with show call history?
Sent from my HTC One X using xda premium
All of them are unticked and same thing happens. I can't believe that such a great phone like this has this minor problem. I think that I have to root my HOX and it will fix this problem I hope.

Mine has a short vibrate sometimes when I go to pick it up after sitting for a few minutes. A little more then keyboard feed back. But screen is locked and phone is asleep.

ummm i'm not sure if you guys are aware but there is a option in the setting that vibrates the phone if you have any new/incoming notifications while the screen is off, that way you dont have to turn the screen on if u dont feel the vibration... but if you do feel a vibration that means you have a new notification, excuse me if you guys were already aware of this future.
I am not getting a notification at all it just vibrates and there is nothing happening at all. No notification at all.

I used to have that problem on my s3... Not as frequent but it would beep too and I think it was an app running in the background. ..

My phone does this as well. I thought it was a feature that I hadn't turned off
Sent from my SM-N900T using xda app-developers app
I'd also like to add that it doesn't have to be vibrating. It only ever vibrated when my phone was in vibrate mode. however if you turn the volume up, it would make a da da sound like a notification.

Can anybody let me know if there is a way to turn on vibrate when ringing on the m8 with a stock ROM? I can't figure it out for the life of me.

Hey, how about telling us how to do it, please? Now that you mention it, I'd like to know too.
Thanks.
Your phone can't be in vibrate mode has to be in ringer mode
Setting>sound>Vibrate(vibrate feedback for calls) check box

Thanks. That was an odd and confusing way for them to describe the option.
