Hi! As most of you probably know, Rascarlo has recently released his new rom, RasBeanJelly. While I really like this rom, I don't really like the blue system icons used in most parts of the software. As such I made some small changes to my liking and I decided to post it here in case anyone else would like to use it. Apart from the normal WhiteMod, I will also be releasing a more themed version called WhiteMod+. This version will incluse more white themed elements of the interface, and more will be added with updates. With regards to updates for the normal WhiteMod I will only be updating it to the latest builds as it's aim is to only remove the blue icons. Due to a number of requests, I will also be making a version for Toro devices. However I will only be making the normal WhiteMod (not +) due to time restrictions.
Mod Features
White Mod
White Notification Bar Power Widget Icons
White Settings System Icons
White Icons in Power Menu
White Mod+
All features of the normal WhiteMod
White Battery
White Signal and WiFi levels
Rest of the statusbar icons themed to white
White Mod++
All features of the normal WhiteMod+
Centre Clock

Probably not necessary, but would like to know what OP thinks... Anyway we could get a 36 DPI nav-bar version?
I am currently abroad so I cannot update atm. However I.will update it to the latest version and make a 36dpi version when I get back. I can't say if it will work on the new version or not however if you try it make sure to make a backup.
I flashed over the latest version and it worked fine, no FCs yet.

Thanks ! I'll still update it once I get back just to be sure it runs well in case rascarlo made any changes to SystemUi or framework

First of all thanks for the mod, working fine
any chance for just a 4G icon?
kinda like the rasbean blue
thanks again!
If you want I can make it for you once I arrive back home however its simple to do and you can.do it yourself if you don't wish to wait. Just extract the SystemUI from your Rom using 7zip or winRar, navigate to res/drawable-xhdpi, then find the H icon and rename it to the name the 4G icon has, and vice versa. So in the end you should have renamed icons with each others' names (there should be 2 H icons and 2 4G icons). Finally open the original systemui from the Rom and replace the 4 images you renamed with the ones in the original archive. Hope this helps

So I guess rascarlo made some changes to the SystemUi or framework. Please don't flash this on the new or future versions of the rom. As I'm abroad I cannot download the new version (it will cost me over €100 ). However if anyone could upload the files (SystemUI.apk, Settings.apk, framework-res.apk) from the newer version of the Rom I can easily update it

So I finally got sick of blue.suck.holo and wanted some of my old themes from gingerbread on the galnex. I don't theme market apps there are many fine themers and options out there for those. I like to keep my themes with just main UI elements. First up is Honeycomb'ish, it started as a port that was originally done by xda user bendbowden for the fascinate many moons ago.

Loving this honeycomb theme. Is there anyway you can make a port of the honeycomb theme for the Liquid rom? They're pretty much the same, but when I tried to install the theme over the Liquid rom, boot loops.

Love the background. It's nice and subtle. Mind me asking what version of apktool you used to get framework to compile and push properly? Even if it compiles without error it always sends me into a bootloop, even with no changes.

TBH I've been using Apk_Multi-Tool_Alpha_02 with the github experimental builds addon. Not sure which version of apktool is in the "other" folder though. It has handled everything I throw at (except contacts & phone) without having to play one jar to decompile and another to recompile game.

Is it normal that there is quiet some space between signal bar and vibration icon?
And is there a possibility to keep the signal bar icon permanent on honeycombs color even not connected to Google services?
If it's not clear what I'm trying to say excuse my english and I'll post a screenshot when I get home from work.

Unfortunately the signal bars changing color is the only way that ics was written to indicate connection to Google services. And regarding the gap. I never ever turned off data to catch the error in the xml. It has been fixed in all downloads (see attached cap), so delete version on card and re download appropriate file to match rom version and reflash.

OP Update: 5/12/2013
Happy Summer Time! I want to get back to working on making softkey icons. These buttons are an integral part of my Nexus experience, and I believe that they are for many others.
Since many ROMs (or at least the ones I use) have softkey customization settings built in, I will only be sharing links to the raw .png files to be manually applied, rather than creating flashable zips (like I used to). I feel that it is easier for both me AND you.
I am only linking one set of colors, but if you would like a custom color to be made in a specific icon-set, just let me know.

OP Updated with new goodies
Good stuff. Always appreciate new nav bar tweaks
I believe, going forward, I am no longer going to make flashable zips standard. We will soon be able to have up to 7 soft keys, and with that addition, users will be using them for a wide variety of things. Since it isn't feasible to make flashable zips for every single icon set AND icon configuration, I am just going to release the images. Its better to manually apply them anyway I suppose if someone really wanted, I could still do flashable zips on a per-request basis. Now to make icons for popular apps that match the sets I've already made. What would you all like to see?
I plan on making:
Phone
Messaging
Contacts
Camera
Any other apps that you could foresee being popular to be placed in the navbar?
I was looking for customized nav keys for the rasjelly rom. Would it be possible to make some red keys in this order: back-home-search-menu, or are you only doing stuff for AOKP builds?

I can do that. I'm assuming that rasjelly doesn't have the feature to manually replace the icons, and you'll need a flashable zip file, right? What sort of icons are you looking for? Just the stock, but red?
I like both your rigid and scribble, but in red obviously.
And yes, rasjelly is like a slightly tweaked stock rom so there's no built in features to customize the nav buttons, can't change color, layout, or button type. Flashable zip would be great! Thank you!

Well AOKP is a different rom. These flashable zips are only tested on AOKP, and will probably break something if you flash them over AR. Does your rom have the feature to manually select the soft key icons?

I would need to do a build for the Maguro.
As is it would need an edit to the build script before it would flash.
If there is enough interest, I would willing to build a version for the Maguro, but I would be unable to test. I don't see where there should be any problems as the mods and themeing are just xml and smali edits.
If someone wants to test, I can work on a build for the Maguro.

I'm your huckleberry.
If you build it, they will come.
Not sure how many more movie references I can throw in there, but obviously I have the Maguro build and would test it for ya.

Ok,
Here is a build for the Gsm 11-1 RasbeanJelly build.
It's a 36 Dpi nav bar.

The themed Google now isn't in the zip. It's in the op though if you want it.

Nice. Thank you sir. Is the contacts and battery pings in there as well or do I need to dl them too?
Edit: Only thing that didn't work was the 36dpi. Still has stock dpi. Other than that, looks great.

Worked like a charm. Only other thing I've found is the header for system pop up menus has white text on the white background which makes it hard to read. Such as the menu that pops up saying "complete action using" or the menu for assigning default actions. Not a big deal though. Anyway, Here's a shot of the fruits of your labor.

Thanks for posting the screen and being the tester. I appreciate it.
I'll take a look at the white on white on tomorrow and try and get a fix posted.
Thanks again.
No problem. Noticed another little oddity. The "h" in the signal icon in the status bar doesn't show up ever anymore. It only shows "3g" all the time regardless of signal strength.

For the Stock 06.11 build? If so that I can do.
Alright so Samsung decided to update some images for the S6. The funny thing is they only updated the OFF toggles and did not update the ON or DIM counterparts. Not only that but the image sizes did not match either! So as you switched the toggles on and off, you would see the nice new updated image when it was off but the old original image in between and on. Some images shift and overall it just looks like an unfinished job. So what I did was take the new updated images and duplicated them for the dim and on versions as well. Now we have the nice updated images that have their matching counterparts and it looks like it should have when it came from Samsung.
Here are some samples of the updated images.

I am mainly putting up this thread to provide the images to my fellow XDA members to use if they want the updated images without having to go through the hassle of modifying them all like I did. You are free to use them for your rom or themes as you wish but a little credit would be appreciated.
Some images where simply re sized to match the COD6 image sizes while almost all the dim and on toggle images are brand new.
Now for you people that are on Stock rooted Deodexed COD6, I made a flashable for you that is the Stock COD6 SystemUI.apk with the above 210 images infused into it.
NOTE: If you flash this on anything other than the stock deodexed COD6 rom, you may break functionality of the rom you are on!
How to flash
* Make sure you have at least 50% battery to be safe.
* Download the zip and put it on your phone.
* Boot into your custom recovery.
* Make a backup! if something goes wrong, you will be glad you did.
* Flash the zip and it will install the new SystemUI.apk for you.
* Note: This will wipe your Delvik Cache and Cache as part of the install.
* Reboot your phone and you will see the Android is upgrading... screen while it Optimizes the apps.
Again, make sure you make a backup before you flash this! I have tested this on a fresh ODIN to COD6 but you have been warned if something goes wrong.
Download
Here are the 210 images only in one zip.

Thanks and Credits
* @jovy23 for supplying the original Deodexed COD6 base.
* @TEKHD for the support and inspiration to give back as much as I can.
@chipworkz will this work on @jovi23 darth stalker rom? Thanks in advance!

You will need to check with jovy23 to see if he has any modifications from stock COD6 in his SystemUI.apk or not. If he does, yes it will break those modifications.
If not it should work fine. This SystemUI.apk is not modified in any way from the stock COD6 file except for the updated images.
Thanks for the hard work you put into this. Sporting it now and very happy. Quick question though. What's the difference between v1 and v2?

Glad you like it! For v2 I just went and improved the quality of some of the images to make them look a little better. I think I am going to release another version or two in a different color. I have the two in my signature for @TEKHD 's rom that I might do a version of for the stock COD6 as well.
I love these new images. Your doing an excellent job with these. How about a nice white or blue. But blue on blue back round probably wouldn't be good. Lol also I noticed that on the lock screen the weather icon is in color. Can that be something that can be incorporated into the stock weather widget on the home screen? That would be sweet.

Take a look at my Theme link in my signature. I have a Blue on Black and think it works pretty well. These themes worn't work for stock though but I have been thinking about releasing versions that can be used on stock COD6. Would you be interested in one of them?
Regarding the colored weather icons, I do see colored icons on my home screen but I am not running stock. I think it may have to do with the temperature though. I noticed when I first put this together, I wasn't seeing the colored icons but then it got hotter here and now I do. I am not sure why you would see it on the lock screen but then not on the home screen. I did not make any modifications here, just used the S6 icons in place of the original COD6 ones.
