Try to go to google.com with your Computer.
Than enter your E-Mail adress, and click on cant enter my account or smth. like that.
Than tick the reason "password forgotten".
Try to get a new one.
If you got a new one, than unlock your phone with entering your E-Mail and the new pasword.
If getting a new Password isn't working; try to flash a Rom. Just a stock rom.
If don't know how to flash a Stock Rom, comment below and I'll post a link.
Hope it isn't stolen and I could help you

Can you prove it's yours & not stolen?

LOL. I think the same way as you. how could it happen when you actually own the phone and use it all the time. Did you get an Alzheimer or something?

If the phone is yours(honestly) and u want to use it again no matter what
NOTE:using the following method, ALL YOU DATA WILL BE LOST and I'm not responsible on any problems occured later on your phone (though i'm pretty sure it's safe).
Condition: u still cant login through Google
1. turn off the phone
2.press Volume up + power button+ home button tegether and release the power button once u see the Samsung logo
3. press the menu button when u see the android icon
4. use the volume buttons and get to the option "factory reset" (I cant remember it, it should be similar or has the meaning)
5.press the home button when u get there
6.select "YES"
7.Then u can use it again

I want to ask... Why I can't see my recovery mode..

Hey people,
A friend of mine is getting a white screen on his Galaxy Y, can't do anything with it. Even a hard reset (as found on the internet) doesn't work. (Hard reset being holding volume up, center button and power button).
Does anyone have experience with this problem?

Thats NOT a hard reset! Pull the battery, and insert it again. Now do your "hard reset". As in, holding volume up+home+power key together until you see the Samsung logo. Do a data wipe and restart. If that doesnt work, search for flashable firmware packages in the Development section. If that doesn't work either, replace your phone.
Hey guys,
Thank you both for your replies.

Stating what happened: He just suddenly had a white screen, unable to do anything with the phone. Rebooting, pulling the battery etc. didn't do anything.
Your second option didn't work either unfortunatly.

Sorry about that, I just read in about this phone, since it's not mine, and I already forgot about the second part.
Unfortunately, neither of this works. Every boot method gets him a white screen. Since he rooted his phone about a week ago, looks like he's going to need a new one.

try flashing the ROM using Odin from the PC
Might Odin be the same as Samsung Kies in dutch? Or is this an external program?
Assuming it's this program: http://odin-win.sourceforge.net/
Now how does this work? I've been flashing my phone for quite a while now, but I'm not familiar with this program. Can I just download a ROM (stock) from the developers part here?

Okay thanks for all your help guys.
My friend tried everything you people suggested, but nothing worked. He just had an expert look at it and it's just totally bricked. Gotta buy a new one. Thanks for trying anyway!
Sorry for bringing this up again, but I kinda feel sorry when people brick their devices. Yours doesnt have to be a brick. Read this. The instructions are on the first page. There's a link to Odin too. Hope for the best!

I already did a factory reset but it still comes up in safe mode + the menu button at the front is not working. I'm trying the software update(repair) through PC companion now, but it's taking forever to finish.
Its been a couple of hours now and the pc companion phone software update is still not done processing. I don't have anything in my phone how come its taking so long? please help me.
I think I know the reason why
I think I found out what's causing my phone to be stuck in safemode. I did everything even the software update in pc companion but it's still stuck on safemode. I think I know why. my front menu button I think is stuck that's why no matter how much I reboot its still on safe mode because its like I'm still pressing it. does anyone know how to clean the back? Please tell me 'cause I don't know how...

Contact Cleaner
I fixed it a few weeks ago, figured all I needed was a contact cleaner, there was dust causing the front menu button to be stuck, that's why the phone thinks I want to go on safe mode because the menu button is being pressed. >_<
I wanted to post this so that if ever this happens to you don't freak out immediately and check if its clean before you restore factory settings or whatever.

dont think so there is any method available for it.
you need to repaired that screen( go to service center)
or this might be silly but you just want to trash your phone after getting contact,
so you can root your phone(unlock bootloader from htcdev then flash cwm recovery)
then take backup of it.(cwm recovery dont required touch,it works with volume and power button)
then restore it on another wildfire s and there you can have access to your contacts.
(this is soo crazy for getting contacts but only way i can see so far)
Yes but HOW EXACTLY i root that phone using ONLY volume up&dowb & power?
Can you give me simply instructions?
Your contacts don't save to your Google account? When I switched phones they all carry over once I sync my gmail account...

very simple..
remove battery then insert battery.
hold volume down+power button
then you can see hboot menu.now with volume button select fastboot(the first option)
then connect your phone with your computer.(you can see in ur phone, fastboot usb)
now,you need to unlock bootloader via htcdev.
then use fastboot to flash recovery..
and then you can use recovery and then you can take backup.
you dont need to add root permissions because you just want backup so you can take out contacts.
I do all that but the recovery menu appear and when I choose something it just the menu disappear and become purple and doesn't do anything at all

then i dont know.might problem with your screen.
and yeah if you have wildfire s 2012 model you need to use modded recovery.you can find it under guide 2012 thread in general section.

[Q] Revived phone having pop up

Hi All,
So i finally revived my phone.. well sorta but for some reason when ever i'm in the home screen i have this thing that pops up on my screen that blocks about half the screen..... and i can't find a way to get rid of it.... (at least when i'm in the home screen)
when i open an app, the pop up thingy is gone... does anyone know how to get rid of it?? or at least what is it?
Thanks
PS: i didn't know if those numbers were sensitive or not so i masked some of them out...
PPS: the phone is now rooted, but for some reason i can't get into recovery with volume down and power... the only way to get into recovery is via adb reboot recovery command....
PPPS: i tried installed custom rom onto it and it gave me a instant bootloop and and after that i can't even get into recovery... so had to save my phone via kies....
Thanks again~

Your in the stock recovery pal. Hold down the power and volume keys and you will eventually get some options on the screen. Once they come up use the volume buttons to scroll and power to select. Btw, i suspect you have a htc wildfire S not the htc wildfire. So this would be the wrong forum for you if your phone does not have a trackpad at the bottom of the screen (looks like a circle with a dot in it) then you have the S model.

Thanks for Replying back Its not letting me to run recovery and on the top of it if the phone boots up it take almost 20 minutes to get to the home screen and it hang sup their itself you can't even do anything on it and i am trying to unlock the boot loader to run recovery and install custom rom on it but nothing working out. I do have a trackpad on this mobile and i checked over the internet also and its Model number is A3333. So Please help me what all option that i can use on this mobile right now as i am totally new to Flashing Android Mobiles.

Okay, pull the battery out. Then put it back in after 5 seconds. Hold down volume down, then power and keep both pressed down until a wite screen with some writing comes up. There it should say hboot, a version number and s-on or s-off. What does yours say?

Ah ha! Fantastic whoever else had this phone before you has done most of the hard work and security unlocked the bootloader already. http://dl-1.va.us.xda-developers.c...zip?key=kzoSRLwAaSgJsyXiuKJS4A&ts=1431506306 download this and place it onto your sdcard. Reboot into hboot and your hboot should request you to update the recovery. Select yes with volume up. After this you should reboot back into hboot without the sdcard in. Then select recovery from hboot and boot into it.
Once your in recovery you could either:
1. Wipe the data, cache and dalvik cache and then reboot the phone. This will reset the phone and hopefully fix and voot related issues.
2. Wipe the phone entirely and install a new rom. Cyanogenmod 7 is a good lightweight rom. Please look at the development section for all the roms available.
Just one question though, that screen damage looks like bad. Do you know what happened?

As I have said I recommend Cyanogenmod 7. Read the thread here Its a custom version but its more recent.
Now your screen, I suspect that those marks are from heat damage. Most likely from whoever else had the phone overclocking it. This could be a telltale sign of hardware damage through excessive use and it may never boot properly. I thought I should mention that.
Well i thats case would like to ask one more thing we will be able to fix it or not or its not worth it.

Depends, this phone is an old model as far as mobile phones are concerned. the cost of a motherboard and new lcd + digitizer could be the same cost as the phone in a used condition.
I work it out as £23.13 as the cheapest you could get the parts but then you would need to do a full tear down of the device in order to replace most of it. I mean basically your only keeping the frame, trackball, camera and some rubber bits.
Cheapest I can find to buy it in the uk is £25 ( with you needing to sim unlock it).
But I would add that you might as well try get cm7 on the device. The only thing it will cost you is time and you never know, the phone might be usable with CM7 on it. Nothing ventured, nothing gained.
OK bro let me first give a try with the cm7 rom and see if its work and hoping for the best

Sorry, i forgot to mention, the controls for the recovery are different from hboot. Push trackball to select items, power is now the back button.
let me give a try and see if its work i installed the rom from Sd card ad restarted the mobile and hoping this will work now
I tried to install stock rom that i have downloaded from HTC Website and that is not getting installed lets hope CM7 will work i can see the ultrabeam revolutionary Logo on the screen right now its still thinking up
