Anyone can confirm if All Verizon Galaxy Nexus accessories are compatible with Sprint Galaxy Nexus?
They look like the same phone

agreed & hopeful, as i just ordered some screen protectors and cases.
all the accessories will work, but they are all ****. Wait till you can use the 3 prongs, as far as cases and **** yeah they work.
has anyone tried the Verizon extended battery on the Sprint model? It doesn't work on the GSM so might not work on the Sprint either.

my opinion is that gsm is a smaller model, verizon and sprint are cdma/lte/fatter model. i imagine everything should fit....

The Verizon extended battery cover does not fit the sprint galaxy nexus. I went to a Verizon store to see if it would, and the cover tabs do not align properly. You might be able to grind the one tab that is misaligned, but the cover wouldn't fit as snug. The battery looks like it fits, has nfc and the same electrical specs, but the part number is not the same for the 1850 mAh stock size.

Thanks, was just about to pull the trigger on one. Shame, I really want the 2100 mAh battery.
Sucks was hoping that the verizon battery will work on sprint. Guess have to wait then
So even though the Sprint and Verzion websites list slightly different sizes I would be fine getting this case? http://www.shopandroid.com/seidio-active-case-with-kickstand/4A54A9572.htm

I hope so I just ordered one

The LTE Extended battery does NOT fit. As a previous poster said, the tabs on the back cover are different. Also, the cover is lighter in color. The sprint galaxy nexus is a dark titanium, where as the Verizon is a lighter titanium color. So we just have to wait for sprint to release there own version, if they ever do
As for the cases, those should all fit fine. I have the Rinke *sp* and that fits good. it snaps in perfectly, but since there is room for the extended battery, the lower back half has a little flex if pressed on.
I also have the incipio NGP and double cover, both fit perfectly
I just went to Verizon and got the car dock. Works and fits perfect..
Verizon accesories
My preordered phone arrived on Friday. I rushed out that evening to find a screen protector and case. I found the ZAGG screen protector at Best Buy but was disappointed with the case that they were offering. Luckily a Verizon store was across the street. I was offered 6 different cases. I went with an INCIPIO DOUBLE COVER. Fits like a glove.
Extended Battery
The cover does not fit but if you cut off the two little tabs it does fit. The extended battery does also work. I've been using the regular and the extended since Friday. It also works if you get the seidio extended BT Case Cover or the Ringke Slim Case CDMA version.
It looks better with the case on than the VZ cover. I hope sprints makes an Extended cover.
I hope this helps.
soooo.... pic 1 kinda looks like ass.... is that AFTER cutting the tabs????
i tried this myself in the verizon store it didnt look like it would fit right.
All those pics were taken after cutting the tabs.

Wow. If that's how the VZW back fits around the Sprint CDMA Camera, these two phones are vastly different in size.

I ordered the verizon extended battery and cover and cut the two tabs off, it works fine and does not look like it would come loose. I also ordered the siedo surface case for the Verizon phone with extended battery to hide the ugly verizon logo ;-)
Geoff
Don't suppose anybody out there would make a battery door that would fit the verizon battery, only instead of having the verizon logo, have the google logo like the GSM?

I use the original back with the extended battery. It fits with just a very tiny bit of bulge.
I'm deciding whether to order this stock 2000mAh battery and back cover: http://www.expansys-usa.com/samsung-extended-battery-and-cover-for-gsm-galaxy-nexus-226962/
For those who has it, I would like to know:
-With the new back cover, can it still fit with regular cases?
-Would the regular 1750mAh battery rattle inside the new back cover?
Thanks.
I dont have that battery, but for your last question you could just put a soft "dice" or what I should call it between the battery and your casing.

I have this battery and the cases i've tried, which are all tpu cases, work well. I'm not so sure with hard cases though as there is no flex.
I have ordered this from Expansys thinking I would get it faster (ie. from USA) Not! When ordering it says "usually ships in 5 days".... checking status later it was 8 days, and now 11. I could row a boat from Korea faster. As for the OP, the reason I went with this OEM battery was I read in several places you could still use the original battery cover. This was important to me, because the Otterbox Commuter won't fit the extended cover without cutting.
Came across an article (i would post it if I could) while looking for extended batteries without getting a thick hard case to hold it.
I also saw the other thread with the $5 slim battery on amazon but keep telling myself that I should go with the OEM over the chinese third party.
Is there another battery I should look at or should this be fine if I need to get around 12 hours out of it with medium to medium-heavy use?

Just make sure it fits the T-989. I know that we can use batteries from the G-Nex and a couple of other phones, but I do not know about the Nexus S.

You are talking about Samsung Galaxy Nexus right? Will the Galaxy Nexus' extended battery fit in the Galaxy SII? Does it need a special Galaxy SII back cover?

The article says the battery fits in the battery slot, but the stock cover doesn't fit. He also said that if you had the case, you could just leave the back cover off and let the case protect it.

It will fit but you need a cover.
I've had my phone in its Otterbox since July. Now, the case is worn. I have no reason why, but the edges have loosned a lot. The phone now falls out of the rubber grip.
So, I need a new case. However, I was also wanting to pick up an extended battery. Problem is, they all require a different back cover. I do want a protective case, but I also want to pick up an extended battery. Any battery/case recommendations?

If you're going to get the official Samsung Extended Battery, I'm not aware of anything that is specifically made for that yet. However, you can get both a case and extended battery from Seidio (http://www.seidioonline.com/samsung-galaxy-s-iii-s/8156.htm).
This question might be better asked in the Accessories forum. The accessories forum has all 4 Galaxy S 3 forums in it (Sprint, Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile), so it's a bigger audience to find it for you.
I have a question about this Official Extended battery.
http://www.amazon.com/Genuine-Samsung-Extended-Battery-3000mAh/dp/B00BMQ56QE/ref=cm_cd_ql_qh_dp_t
Will it work on an AT&T Galaxy S3 or is it made for unlocked/overseas versions?
Also, if it does work on my phone what good protection cases are out there that will fit my phone after this is used?
Thank you all
AJ
Yes it works on the all north american galaxy S3 phones, I have one.
One thing you should know is that if you take the extended battery cover off and on alot, it develops small cracks in the corners and you can't buy replacement covers, harmless but annoying
