I just got my nexus and was wondering if there is a 4g toggle widget that works for it? I downloaded one off the play store but didn't seem to wanna work.. I wanna turn 4g off when not in use not used to the power drain lol.

The 4g toggle from the market is for Wimax. Use the lte toggle baked into the ROM

[Q] Pulldown bar customization and disappearance CM7

I just flashed CM7 and it's working great. I'm just wondering if cm7 still has pulldown bar customization where I can put different toggles in. I've looked around in the settings and I just can't seem to find it. Also, I went to sleep after flashing the rom and I woke up to not having any toggle switches there.. they just kind of disappeared.. anyone know what would have caused that??? Thanks.
Ps. I tried to upload an image, but I'm new so it won't let me yet. Heh.

[Q] 4G widget

I've seen a few threads saying everyone wants one...or use this app and even a few who said they are working on one. But is there actually a widget out that can toggle the 4g on and off. If not what does everyone use.

Clock on screen timeout

Hey folks!
I am loving my Galaxy Nexus, though one thing I miss from my OG Droid was its ability to turn it into my alarm clock when docking it. Does anyone know of a way to set the Galaxy Nexus into dock mode, where it would switch on the clock when plugged in and the screen times out?

Click to collapse
There is an app called tasker which can be used to do that.

If you have/buy some NFC tags you could set one up to open the Clock App when you go near the tag.
Just an alternative method.
Awesome! If my wife lets me, I might look into the NFC route. Might be fun to set up a bunch of them around the apartment and in the car since both of us own the Galaxy Nexus.

2G/3G toggle

Is there a ROM out there with a working 2G/3G toggle? Thanks

Just use Widgetsoid...
I use Extended Controls, which also gives you this widget, but it cost money.
Also, beware of the bug that I discovered with switching from 2g to 3g:

AOKP. Don't need a app to put the toggles.

Power settings widget on the home screen.

How to change the different types of toggles on the home screen power settings widget? Like change one to toggle the portable wifi hot spot instead of Bluetooth. I want to do this on stock ICS and without a third party app. I was just wondering if there was a place to adjust the settings or features.

I don't think there's a setting for that.

Stock Android does not have that feature. Try widgetsoid instead.
