Script/tweak for 4.0.4

Hi everyone I just want to ask you that what kind of script/tweak do you advise for ICS? Thx and sry for my bad english.
Sent from my GT-I8150 using xda premium
you can try v6 supercharger, mate haha
Sorry for hijacking the thread but I think it will useful to post to this thread rather than creating another thread for my question as now it seems the forum is more clutter that before.
I want to ask regarding our CM9. What settings are you used in Developer options and Performance under settings? What script or tweaks that you use in our phone to make it smooth (e.g. v6, cpu, sd tweaks, etc.)? Can you share?
Thank you so much...
just use kernel samepage merging, no others
it already smooth this way
I use biohazard cm9 + kak + v6 supercharger..

V6 Supercharger on ICS

Hi guys, I opened this thread just to garner opinion about V6 supercharger and all other ram management scripts/apps, their effectiveness on our ICS roms. I use CM9 and just supercharged today, didn't really make a dramatic difference. In fact at times it feels more laggy than without supercharger. I'd like to know if anyone has a similar or different experience on any of the ICS roms for our phone.

Did u use the right way of using the v6,coz for ics u have to upload and download your system.jar from android mimics, bit different from the gb.
And i think v6 only would not be enough on ics, need more script like velocity or s97 juwe script and autokiller ram optimizer to boost the ram management that caused lag.

Yes! Absolutely, I did the services.jar patch and got 100% supercharged. Still assessing the performance but at times its more laggy than without the supercharger.

I dont know which one but i check on system with root explorer theres a 99supercharger inside,i dont really know, but i have no problem at all using it for 3 days. Or u can ask on that freeky section.
Anyway, its better use one v6 script on ur system. Or it wont work at all,or maybe other issues

I have asked the thread but no response atm. I know that. That's why if the included v6 is not the latest update from ics i will unsupercharge it and place the new one. That's why i need confirmation.

Yeah, you right. The best way to find a tweak/script that suit you properly is to test it by your own.
Thus, I recommend guys to test other known script - Thunderbolt script
I will test this mod later, which include LMK supercharge also
Wow.. nice one.. can i combine this tweak with v6, kick ass kernelizer, 3g, and geekny engine? Would have try it though if it can

Okie, I will give a short conclude on what I'm doing on my phone now.
You right, I using both forfivo kernel v2.2 with freeky engine, pretty good and smooth so far, at least less lag I see
But 1 thing should mention here, geeky engine make my phone more worst, feel slow sometimes (I asked the dev and he not sure the problem too). Test yourself and see how.
So if you use freeky engine, you should move xbin to system instead of system/etc, otherwise zipalign may not work

How to?
I already have the Geeky Engine and the Adreno Libs flashed in my ROM, they do a GREAT jog in smooth and game speed, be SURE of that!
Only the V6 is giving me some trouble...
How do I install the V6 supercharger on ICS CM9 Beta 1?
I'm total noob in things that aren't flashable things...
Could you guys put a "Step-by-Step" instalation in here, AND witch files is needed to download to install it corectly for the CM9 ROM?
Thanks!

Go to the V6 thread and read the first posts from zeppelinrox very carefully. Then read it again. For good measure, read it one more time. Then forget about V6 for at least 24 hours, and occupy yourself with thoughts about naked women (or men, according to your preference). Then reread the posts again, three times, in quick succession. Then, prepare a cup of tea or coffee, and read them one final time while drinking your beverage.
By this time, you should've understand what to do to SuperCharge your ICS.

Any link for v6 and does it run good on cm9 beta1? I only have jb adreno libs which runs smooth but i wanna give v6 a shot to see how it affects tje performance of my phone coz some are saying that it causes lags.

And after doing all that and finally supercharging, you won't notice much improvement, that's after my own experience.CM9 is quite zippy as it is. However I haven't tried Geeky or the adreno libs thing.

General questions about Slim Star

Thanks Krazeekracker for generating the latest super mod SlimBean. Been enjoying what I've experienced so far.
Got a few questions. Specifically the features list shows a few mods such as V6 Supercharger and 3G tweaks and PMR tweaks. In the past when I've implemented V6 I use the script to make adjustments, and to "supercharge" the launcher. I noticed that "vac", "flush" and "fixfc" aren't a part of the terminal commands at install, so do I still need to run the V6 supercharger script to implement the tweaks?
Similarly, do I need to install PMR to use those tweaks?
Thanks.
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-T989 using xda app-developers app
The answers to both of your questions are no. The tweaks that you see are the files that come out after you run those scripts. It won't make a difference if you run it again.

New issue/question. Not sure if this is related to onlychevys latest slim build or the all-star release of it.
My camera app is showing only 3MP option and a reduced menu (no options for storage location, image quality, etc.). Is this a problem with the driver? Should I be reflashing something? I tried a different camera app from the market but with the same limitations.
Sorry if I've missed an existing thread on this but I've read the entirety of the onlychevys and slim star threads.
