Hi folks heres a stock mms apk with some blue in it. Dont change the bubble in settings if you wanna keep this look. Hope you guys enjoy.
To install just copy to system/app with root explorer then reboot.
If any one would like a different color or something else added just ask!
This is great. Can you switch the colors around on the icon? Make blue the main color and gray the colors of the eyes and mouth?

This looks awesome but could I request somewhat different colors for the reply messages, if it isn't too much to ask for. The blue looks nice but Both the reply and sent colors look very similar from the picture. I'm a visual person and it's easy to differentiate with different colors or shades.
But this is awesome I haven't switched to a different sms/mms app because I like the stock ones features like direct dial. I am also looking forward to an email like this. And having them match in the dock would be awesome.

For some reason the picture was not coming clearly. I can see they are in deed different shades so you can disregard that above.

What are you guys looking for, particularly? I've got 3 themes compatible with Starburst.
ObsidianRed, ICS Theme, and Ciano Theme.
And ive used all 3 of your themes. You do GREAT work especially on your ICS theme...just remember with the evo there were ALOT more choices for themes. Any chance you are working on a honeycomb theme or are all the developers over honeycomb?? TIA Overstew!

Downliaded xda app running on stock epic touch, allows me to send text only when responding to forum, trying to upload screen shots of my phone you tap more attch image hit submit........ And nothing....... It jyst sits there. Remove images tap submit and boom it gone and posted. Any idea would be greatly THANKED..

Yes I am on xda EVERY SINGLE DAY lol and I am very familiar with Tiffs Nuthin but the honey theme. Just lookin for the honeycomb theme that was similar to one I used to have on my evo...where the status bar icons are the ones used on most tablets.

you have the options on where to post it IE this forum, tapa hosted etc? If you get those options you either have to do tapa hosted or use a link from like flickr etc to get images to display. Or you could upload from computer.

Just so you're aware the Black Dusk theme was updated to work on all No CIQ ROMs, have a look see if you haven't already http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1289502..I flsahed it over StarBurstv1.9 and it was running great!
I'm looking for glass theme and glass theme with shades of colors (example, transparent blue or red or green glossy)...

sorry, but i dont know how to make it a zip. however, root explorer is just as good. i backed up the old sms, copied and replaced with the new, tried to install, but nothing. rebooted and the changes set

Sorry I found the answer, didn't know about changing the view in the app drawer to customizable grid. I pushed the mms.apk through root explorer, rebooted and it worked but it removed the messaging dock icon and I'm only left with 3 dock icons. Any idea how to get it back? TIA

set your app drawer back into customizable grid>hit menu again>edit>drag mms icon back onto the dock

I love all the ICS themes out, along with the minimal black and white, but I was really hoping for a combination of the two. I was thinking of an ICS theme, but without the ICS blue integrated into it and instead keeping text, notification bar, etc all white. Any other interest in this? I've never themed before and while I would like to learn, I don't exactly have a bunch of spare time to work on it. Just curious if anyone would be interested in taking on this task.

I must say that banks has pretty much already did this and it rocks.
I assume you're talking about his minimal black and white theme...it is awesome, but what I was proposing is a more stock ICS feel (dialer, notification bar, stock ICS icons) but with the minimal black and white color scheme. I might have to try to find some time to learn to theme.

Banksmi has Minimal Black theme out already for EL29 but another is always welcome. Here's what the ICS one looks like on my Nexus. Icons are custom icon pack...oh I love it but its made for regular Nexus S so no 4g...but you get the idea of what it would look like...SICK!

The only problem with Black and White themes is that some icons will be black/white and others (from the market) will be colored and it creates an obsolete theme. That's the reason I haven't made a Black/White theme myself.

Yeah, especially gapps. Its something you would constantly stay on top of but even hitting the dialer, contacts, messaging and status bar icons is enough. People like B-Boy, Decalex, Rujelus handle the GMail, Dropbox, Google+, etc inverted apps

I will be doing fairly random themeing and mods so what the hell might as well post them.
Blacked out pop up browser and transparent quick command is all I have so far . Flash in recovery. If it fails disable signature verification.
Any ideas let me know I'll do as much as I can.
Omg... the whole color scheme of this phone is hideous. I haven't themed since gbread but someone has to give this thing a whole black and blue make over. Like they did the sky rocket, if not soon I'll give it a go on my off day. ..

Should be a check box on the install screen if you are on TWRP .
Here's a zip for Old School Game Toggles I put together, and Pac-Man Pulldown Bars. I turned on all the toggles when I took the pictures. When there off there black, and white. Depending on what tw rom or theme you are using you might need to flash the blank Label ERI Mod from Morphology Society found here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=33572890 to change the text on the Pac-Man pulldown bar.

It is. When I first seen it I thought it was genius. I posted a link to that thread in the op when I first made this thread. I already started to theme some of the apps. I want to get as close to it as possible, but at the same time staying different. Between work, and getting moved in to a new place it's taking me a while to theme them.

Have you thought of changing some of the colors of the Pac-Man pull down. For example I like everything one color so I am using an all black and white type theme so it will match the Pac-Man pull down but it would be cool if we could make it ICS blue or purple or green.

What about if the background was transparent on the Pacman pulldown? That way it'll match what ever color you want. If so here http://db.tt/6nuIsKYO or do you want pacman, and his buddy's all the same color too like this http://db.tt/92a2KVEy which is purple? Let me know if 1 of those is what you want, and if so I'll make it any color you want.
