I think its cool, would be cool if there was some color to it and the background should be black instead. Also turn all the crystals in to jelly beans. Has anyone out there got the know-how AND the free time? no pressure, just throwin this idea I had out there.

It installs as a separate apk. Good but doesn't replaces the built-in settings.

Could be. One of my neighbour own samsung mega, new phone from samsung and it os shipped with 4.2.2 and has the same layout. So mentioned it.

It's clearly possible.
Just someone has to make it happen.
From what I've gathered the Sprint Tab has a different CPU. As of now there is NO Custom Rom or Mod that enables multi window on the SM-T210(R). But I am sure it will be there once CM 10.x is ported over.
