Yes I know updating as I can....
I downloaded the ICS icons and the center clock. But when I flash I end up with fancy icons in my status bar. Does the center clock come with fancy icons installed? Do I have to flash, wipe, boot each time?
Nice job I been using since the previous you had and I'm liking a lot

Hey, Great job! It's always nice to see ppl such as yourself take the time and effort to improve the experience for all users! Selfless acts like this are the core of what's making the U.S. Galaxy S3 forum so AMAZING! I've never seen a forum with users that are so helpful, considerate, respectful, and polite to one another, and I hope that our forum continues to be one of the best that XDA has to offer!
These mods are the ****, and this phone is finally starting to look the way I want it too & behave the same!
I'm to make it so everyone can choose what they want. Also coming is a SystemUI that returns to stock Quick panel and a complete back to stock keeping all of FreeSG3's edits.
Thanks

This is an add-on to get the 15 Extended Toggles in your Pulldown Menu. It has been made for FF11, and will replace your SystemUI.apk - meaning you will lose any theming to your statusbar and pulldown if you have any. Right now there are two version, stock look. And white themed with other mods added. Extended Toggle Mod does not include a 4g toggle
Big Thanks goes To Rujelus22, this absolutely would not have been possible without him. I worked a long time on it, but would have eventually gotten NOWHERE without him. So hit his Thanks Button! And also to Wanam, who brought Toggles to GS2's!
And thanks to Datajosh and Bigpeng for their deodexed roms.

Wow 2nd! I'm very interested in this , but first, any chance of a few screen shots? Also which ROMS does this work with? TW, CM9,ASOP etc...? To clarify, does this have to be flashed on a FF11 ROM, or can it be flashed on any ICS ROM that is running the FF11 kernel?. Thanks already, I know how hard this mod is.
Thanks, I was wondering when this would be on the ics roms.

I'll try to get em up soon. I actually was in the middle of updating my theme with them, so I'm not looking very stock right now. I posted a pic of them here last night in General.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1698602&page=29
I have only tested them on the two FF11 Roms that are out right now, Bigpeng's and DataJosh's - they are both pretty much Stock Rooted I think, BigPengs has some nice touchs/tweaks. It should work on most FF11 Roms going forward, but we will have to see
Edit: themed version comin along too
Looks awesome bro. Can't wait until this is incorporated into your IC n Red theme...

At the moment I don't suggest flashing on other builds, as it was only just made for FF11. You can if you want, just don't want the thread to be filled with "doesn't work on calk EL29" lol make a backup and flash away I guess

Any chance of getting this for odexed roms?
Thanks! What did you have to do to get these added? If it's possible, I think I might go in and cut a few of them out for my personal ROM.
Edit: Didn't realize it had a settings APK, all set now

The main thing is editing the systemui classes.dex. there are a few folders you need to transfer there, and some smali edits in one of the files. After you smali that and recreate a classes.dex file you have just a few edits in layout, id's, and public.XML of the systemui apk. And there are two other apk's bundled with it. I could try to help you out with it sometime

With that out of the way, I know a lot of people dislike the instability (though that's subjective) of AOSP ROMs like CM10, and just prefer to stay with TW. I personally think that the statusbar dropdown in touchwiz is hideous, so I've modified the current statusbar pulldown to mimic AOSP 4.1.1 (sans colors). Enjoy!

I didn't test the de-odex version, but can't see where there would be any issues with it. Let me know if you have any, if that's what you're using..
Tested on FE22 stock odexed (that's right, i haven't seen a need to update yet lol).
Flashed fine. It's clean, but i wish the clock was still there...to each his own though. (If you want to bring the clock back maybe center it)
Good mod...i like it.

The clock is still there, it just requires a quick pull down of the notification bar. I'm not sure I like it there yet, but I wanted to try something different.
Maybe I could make a few different versions.

You can still theme the ROM you're using, you just have to flash this over the theme. Downfall is it would overwrite all the SystemUI parts of the theme.
There are two other options though.
1. Send a friendly request to the themer to include this in heir theme. As long as they credit me, I don't mind a bit.
2. Pull their drawable-hdpi folder out of the SystemUI.apk and replace mine with it. You will lose some of the effect I went for this way.

Once I get this mod perfected, I'll make a separate full JB theme with this in it. Since the remainder of the JB theme will be mostly images and a couple of XML edits, that won't take long at all once this is completed.

Tips & Tricks
Be sure to check out the included Notifications, Ringtones, Alarms, and Fonts. It gives you a little more customizing options.
Go into settings/Developer options, change Window animation scale and Transition animation scale from 1x to 0.5x for a faster feel.
Turn on Power saving mode
Extras
Link to heat issue fix Here
Media Hub Apk just download and install, it will tell you you need a samsung account apk, install? Hit ok and you are good to go.
Accuweather zip you have to extract it, then put it in your system app folder and change permissions(hold down the app and you will see permissions) first row across (owner) check the first 2 boxes. Second and third rows across check first box (read) only. You need to download a root file manager, Root Explorer from the market works well. No need to reboot, just go to widgets and place on screen. This is all from your phone.
To get your google search widget working, just install the google apk below.

Really? Wow a 3-5 second visual out of respect for the kernel creator is all it is, you can barely read it, but thats cool. Not changing it, thanks anyway. Anybody notice the sounds? Fonts?

I'm on tmobile and installing now. Don't really care about a stupid logo. Thanks for the addition of another ROM to try!
I present you with Why Not v1.0
Hello all, I have been theming, tweaking, and compiling ROM's for myself since the OG Droid on Verizon.
I have never really posted any full ROM's up for public use before just some themes, tweaks, and mods. But seeing there is not a ton of ROM's out for the Note II (yet) I thought I would post the one I made and have been running for a few days.
This is the ROM for the person who likes the stockish look/feel but with a few extra things tossed in
Whats included...
LJC Base
De-Odexed
Lots of bloat removed
360 Rotation in framework
TW launcher 4x5 home & 5x5 drawer with scrolling wallpaper
No boot or shutdown sounds
Custom boot and shutdown animations
1% battery mod with circle honeycomb icon
Camera sound toggle enabled
Camera while on call enabled
init.d support with tons of performance/speed script
(still testing and some may be pulled)
Solid black status bar
4-1 reboot option
Android 4.2 keyboard
Gmail 4.2
Extra ring/notification tones
Adobe
Most Play Store apps removed
Worked gps.conf file (as close to an instance lock as you can get)
MultiWindow mod to include all apps
Removed the "tint/shading" from notifications in the left side of the notification bar

joshbeach (for the LJC boot.img, and 4-1 reboot)
Androguide.fr (for some scripts used)
-viperboy- (for posting the link to grgsiocl guide)
twoeleven99 (for testing)

- Fix permissions

And Enjoy!
I just received this phone so IDK if anyone made this mod but has anyone modified QSlide yet? Here's what I got so far, it's very similar to Samsung's Pop Up Feature
I have a ton more modifications but I gotta run right now, but LMK if this has been posted already if someone could
Q-Slide on the stock notification bar I don't think so, but their are some modded notification bars that include the qslide apps, check out the Vectus thread over in the Development forum, it was done by LRod. There is also a similar toolbar mod from the AT&T version of the LGOG that works. Its what I'm currently using until LRod releases a transparent version. Thanks for the lockscreen mod!

Thanks for letting me know. I usually just write tutorials and let folks do it themselves but since there's a lack of development right now and I have this phone for the next two weeks I figured I would do as much as I could.
I'll post a zip tomorrow for the stock mod thanks again.
What about center clock, 3 way reboot, MMS, or more Lockscreen mods like AOSP or SGS4 LS mods?
