Yea I have the correct gapps and have tried a full wipe I don't understand I downloaded the gapps from aokp post in Google± still same thing on any jelly bean Rom

I'm thinking it's the recovery I'm using clock work mod 6.0.0.1 touch I will update later and try it out let you guys know

derp nvm

I'm having the same problem with TeamEOS ROM. I tried everything above too. I'm using ClockworkMod 6.0.1.0.

I'm having the same issue.
Whenever I flash a ROM without Gapps bundled, then flash the Gapps package, I just boot back into CWM. I tried the two Gapps packages for Jellybean I could find, neither worked. Another issue I found is if I flash some modded Gapps packages (such as the one for the Team Bamf JB ROM or others) I can boot, but the apps aren't installed, and some functions might actually be missing after the flash.
I tried this with both JB ROMS and ICS ROMS, same story with both.
Another interesting thing, when I try to flash the MrMaddon Galaxy SIII Add-On pack, it installs the TW5 launcher, it themes everything, but none of the sounds, apps, or widgets are installed. This is for both the JB Light version, and the full version for ICS.
Flash a ROM with the Gapps already installed, everything is fine and dandy. I really want to use Paranoid Android, and the other amazing ROMs available for my GNex, but I don't want to have to do without Google Now and Google Voice. I've grown partial to them lol.

What are you using to flash? ADB, ClockworkMod Recovery? My rule for ROMS has been: download to phone and ensure download was completed successfully, reboot to CWM recovery, wipe cache, wipe Dalvik, install ROM, wipe Dalvik again, reboot.
If you can provide any more info regarding your process I can try and help you out.
Which galaxy nexus version is yours? Which Roms did you install? Did all three wipes?

@ooddiittyy,
I'm using the one from gnex toolkit v7(clockwork mod touch recovery) I did wipe data /factory reset 3times,wipe cache and wipe dalvik and I also format system, cache and data..reboot and stock in boot loop.. I did that to 3jb roms and same thing happens..so I restore to ics.and this time boot up well. This is the first time I've in counter something like this..been flashing since vibrant.

Try re downloading the rom again if its stuck at the Google animation let it sit for 5 to 15 minutes. It should boot up on its own. If not then there's something else wrong. But when I'm stuck at the Google logo with any jb rom I just let it sit. And eventually it boots up fine.

OK. Hmm. Go into recovery wipe everything 3x data/cache/dalvik cache flash the rom (don't flash a kernel) just the rom go back and reboot system now and see if that helps.
Edit: make sure u have over 50% battery before doing this.

hey all,
not to highjack this thread, but I'm suddenly having the same issue.
I was on VanirBEAN v7 with the Popcorn Kernel that came with it.
I then flashed Franco's latest (384 GPU version).
Had no problems until last night when I let the phone run the battery all the way out and die completely. I let it charge for a bit, then tried booting and I'm stuck at the Google logo or get a reboot during the boot animation, depending on what I'm doing.
So here's what I've tried. All of these come with a wipe/cache/Davlik inbetween:
flash Vicious Toro JB V3 (stays on Google logo)
flash VanirBEAN v7 (reboots at VanirBEAN animation)
flash AOKP build 37 (reboots on the TeamKang animation)
selectively restore boot and system for AOKP 37 from a previous stable backup (reboots at the Android boot animation since in the ROM I had it set to not show the TeamKang boot animation)
I'm really at a loss right now. I'm trying a full restore on the backup I did before installing my first JB ROM.
edit: tried a full restore and i'm getting "Error while restoring /data!"... ugh.
Is my only choice to try Wugfresh's toolkit and restore stock and relock?
No one tried to fix permissions?
3x wipes, superwipe scripts..
That's not gonna help. If you wiped it once, it isn't there anymore.
I used wugfresh to back from fresh start and still if I flash jb rom I'm stock in jb rom.. done with 3 different jb rom. Same on all of them.. and yes I also did fix permission... I also did about mount and unmount regarding the system, cache and data... I'm tired of flashing and waiting in boot loop so I restore to ics gummy. I hope someone can help us with this...

I suppose you could try reinstalling the bootloader, or using one of the recent JB bootloaders and see if that helps. I can't think of a good reason why this should be happening based on what you've described, however. I assume you've checked obvious stuff like the MD5 sums on all your downloaded ROMs, etc?
Hi everybody!
I have identical issue, I did all possible, now I´m close to give it up. Yes, I checked all downloaded files by MD5 sums, I tried latest CWM, latest TWRP, gnex-JB-bootloader (…lc03). Today I tried also “Super_Wipe_Lite_Nexus”, but I can´t jump boot animation. I´m flashing roms long time, but this magic never happened. What else we should try to clear/delete?

bricked?

yes, ive wipe/ factory reset, wipe cache and dalvik. every time it does the same.
it wont pass the boot animation at all.
is there a way to push files onto the phone without it being debugging mode or anything?
i cant gain root access to it, so my question is, is there a way to push files on a different way?
adb push in a custom recovery
Unlock the boot loader
Flash ClockworkMod Recover
Adb push a ROM to SD card
Wipe data/cache
Wipe system and dalvik-cache
Flash ROM and Gapps
This should do it. You may also want to try restoring an old backup, if you have one.

Looks like imoseyen & CM9 don't like each other. I'd try reflashing the kernel that comes with cm9 stable (just extract it) via fastboot. If that doesn't work, you'll probably have to do a full reflash of your ROM.
I ended up unrooting it and flashing stock. I'll just wait until cm10 gets stable.

Aokp jb b3 bootloop issue :(

so i thought id take it upon myself to download the latest aokp jb build 3 and flashed it over aokp m6 after i did a full wipe and it installed perfectly but i rebooted my phone to check something and when i did it bootlooped i panicked cause i couldn't restore a backup or get it running again i got REALLY LUCKY and for some reason i was able to get my backup to restore after countless times of trying so now I'm back on m6 i fear of going back to aokp jb until i know it's safe to go from aokp m6 to aokp jb i can't brick another phone has any had this problem or i was just unlucky or what

Try to wipe all data and reflash the rom,(including cache+dalvik cache) because every time you flash a rom with a different version of Android this procedure should be done to avoid problems like this
Wipe/Factory Reset
Wipe everything/factory reset and reflash rom and gapps. This will fix your issues. Good Luck!!
I wiped everything the first time im sorta scared to go through it again to see if it will work cause when i flashed it ran perfectly but i noticed when i was trying to change my softkey icons rom control kept force closing for some reason so that's when i rebooted and then i got the boot loop

if you have problems with a dirty flash, wipe and then reflash.

Hey guys, recently i tried to switch from cm10(stable) to PACman ROM. Unfortunately, it never works. I always get "flash aborted". When I flashed cm10, I flashed the at&t version and it works fine, and the PACman I'm trying to flash is the tmo one. Should i try the at&t PACman instead? Please help me guys

I did the wipedata, cache and dalvik, i wiped everything needed, i followed all standard directions for flashing new ROMs, but nothing works. And oh, im using CWM recovery and on rom manager it says im at the latest version, so everything is up to date and everything should work but it doesnt:crying:
I had same issue too. It never worked for me if I switch from CM to PACMAN ROM. But I had it working if I flash stock ROM first then flash PACman. Any stock based ROM should work. Its a pain but you should try it. Also I used TWRP and I always wipe system too not just cache, delvik, and data. Just make sure you have nandroid. Good luck.
Edit: also I never flash PACman ROM and gapps together. Flash ROM let it boot once and go back to recovery to flash gapps..

Bluetooth problem is with ASOP 4.2.1 builds its fixed in 4.2.2 I think.
edit: sorry for grammatical errors, im still upset it took four hours to get this phone back working again after doing a clean wipe
Interesting, I tried to install it, and was successful...but the keyboard doesnt work, every five seconds, i got a FC with the aosp keyboard. tried looking for another keyboard, but i cant type it in, so i guess i may have to put the apk on my sd card...also wifi doesnt want to turn on...is there no launcher in this rom? the home button doesnt work
to add, i have unlocked the bootloader, so im thinking this is a cosunmer-turned-into-a-dev phone...but i read that the rom was hybird...i really dont like safestrap, as it takes long to build a slot, so i figured unlocking the bootloader would be easy enough...but no...im using cwm 6.0.x

Every ROM listed for the RazrM (so far) is stock based, except CM10 and CM 10.1 . All the ones posted in this forum and DroidRzr were designed to be used with Safestrap and they are based on stock. Yes, you need to do a clean wipe for any ROM you install. However, I flashed Rage two nights ago and wiped cache/dalvik, factory data reset, but I DID NOT wipe system. It flashed perfectly. After you wipe, reboot recovery and mount system. After you wipe, TWRP says the system is mounted, but it is not. If you flash CM, you will need to flash a stock boot.img before you can go back to stock ROM.
