Hey guys,
I got a little problem, yesterday I flashed the jellybean rom.
Now i got some random reboots and want back to Venom for now, the problem is tho that if I enter CWM it restarts itself within a second.
I tried to manually flash it with fastboot but to no avail.
Can someone help me please
Thanks in advance
Flash boot.img again and CWM will work.

Hello everyone!
From the link below, I fastboot flash using KISS-CM10 and then installed cm-10-20120903-UNOFFICIAL-primou.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1835285
After completing that, i did a reboot and now the screen is stuck at "cyanogenmod" log with a spinning wheel.
What am I doing wrong?
I'm using Htc one V
Thank you.
Did you perform a complete wipe? Data, cache and system?

No I have not. Should I do that after doing fastboot and going in to recovery to install CM10?
Yes, after flashing kernel, do complete wipe, then flash ROM and gapps

Hi All,
I did the silly thing of flashing my phone with another boot.img and obviously forgot to extract the ROM to my phone but didn't realise this until after.
My problem is, the phone will get to the main menu with the sense ring and freeze and reboot.
I have tried looking everywhere for a fix but can't seem to find one Hope you all can help.
Kind regards
James

Thanks for your reply, I have flashed the boot image again (I didn't get to the stage of installing the new ROM so it's still at stock ROM but the boot.img is the part that is buggered, when you say flash the modules.
I have been trying to find the stock Boot.img but no luck nothing seems to be working, my son isn't going to be happy!
Get ARHD , your son will be happier XD
Any1 using the same rom and have the same problem? Just flashed the rom few hours ago and suddenly the wifi is not working. It keeps showing "Error". Any solution that i can try?
Thanks in advance.

Always try to stick to boot.img from rom.zip.
Try after flashing boot.img:
fastboot erase cache
fastboot reboot
Or try a different rom. To check its not a faulty WiFi module ......

yup so these are the steps I followed.
1) flashed the boot.img that I had in the nandroid backup
2) restored the backup
3) booted up completely
4) since touch screen doesn't work
5) restarted the phone went into recovery and installed the OTA
6) booted again and it got stuck
7) erased cache from fastboot -> no-go
Also I just checked couldnt find any boot.img in the OTA zip, dont know what im missing here

If you restored the sense 5 stock rom + boot.img it should be all oke. If not you could try another radio. That's not kernel related

thanx for letting me knw that it is not kernel related(sigh of relief)
but still, can you suggest some roms so that i'll try flashing their boot.img's!
You can try any rom if your hboot is supported. Receiving signal is something different from the signal strength.
The modules in the rom + the delivered boot.img are related to each other to make signal and bluetooth ...etc etc work.
So flash the boot.img from the rom, make a full wipe in recovery, install the rom. That way it should be all good on any rom.
