What's everyone's favorite kernel for AOSP Jelly Bean so far? - Samsung Galaxy Nexus

Didn't see a thread on this so I thought I would ask everyone's opinion on their favorite kernel for 4.1.1

I haven't tried other than stock, Trinity alpha 28 and Franco #210-220. So far my favorite is Franco #220.

how to add a slight mod to jelly bean

Hi there, RIght now i am using cyanogen mod 9, i really like it, but i want to upgrade to one of the jelly bean roms. i have installed Jelly Belly, but there was one key feature missing that i have come accustomed to. Its the feature to add more buttons on the bottom of the screen. can anyone point me to a place where i can just add that mod to another rom? like a zip to install? here is what i have and would really want on Jelly Bean

Toroplus kernels

What are some good Toro plus kernels?
I only know of the lean one
I'm looking for jb and ics versions for each
Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using xda app-developers app
They all work... you can flash any kernel.
Sent From My Toro+ via RED Tapatalk
Air, Franco, Nyan and even samurai are all pretty comparable to lean. Just pick and play.

Where can I find ics kernels for cm9

Gonna have to bump this one a little.
I'm only looking for ext2 support in order to run linuxonandroid, something I don't seem to have in the CM nightly, which surprised me a lot (see screenshot).

So Air kernel seems ok... but can't see any ext2 support there either. This is needed for most Ubuntu image downloads:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1727100
I don't want to flash a whole new ROM since this CM nightly is working well and I don't want to have to set it all up again.
Am I missing something?
and trinity kernel is compatible with every variant of galaxy nexus. most the kernels are compatible with all the variants.

AOKP build 5, jelly bean. It will satisfy your basic needs. No random reboot or Sleep of death.

There's no such thing as a custom ROM with no bugs. Even factory firmware has bugs. Expect bugs even with stable ROMs.

[Q] Another 4.3 prediction

Any one else have more solid info as to when it may arrive.....all I have is the Nov 11th. We do know it will be before January....right?
http://au.ibtimes.com/articles/516392/20131024/samsung-galaxy-s3-note-official-android-4.htm
There's actually a leak 4.3 in the general section already!! Link HERE:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=46756673
But hopefully Sammy will start to push out that update. Don't know if it's a good or bad thing. Especially with the Knox security suite??:what:
