Hi,
I've been noticing this process waking my phone up a lot. Has anyone else seen it? Any ideas?

I have the same problem, my phone has been showing as being 100% awake with the sdio_al process running for 11 hours or so (how long I had my phone unplugged.)
It has something to do with the sd card, from what I've read. I tried formatting mine and it went away for a while, but it came back. I did notice that my video folder sometimes disappears. Might need a new card.

Just wanted to let you know that I wiped my cache with Darkside's Cache Wipe and it solved the problem, for now at least. So try that out and hopefully it will work for you!

So I have looked everywhere with no luck, but I just have to know, what are these little circles?

I'm not sure what the correct name.. but one of them was to connect an external GPS to it.. but in a previous device I seen a person talk about it.. It completely borked his internal GPS.. I could be wrong but I'm pretty confident about my leads lol! I hope some one with the correct name and information can chime in.
Those are testing ports. Do not stick anything in them lol. Someone from here decided to hook up an external GPS receiver from one of those. While it did work fine it completely borked his radio after removing it. Those are really only for Samsung to do tests

So I'm trying to download some apps to my phone but I get a message saying "insufficient space" but I have more that 11gb free. Everything was all fine until I downloaded goomanager from Google play store and installed TWRP recovery. Could that have been my problem? I wiped dalvik cache but still a no go. Any help out there?

Are you using luckypatcher by chance?
Ive gotten the same errors before. Open lucky patcher and itll do some clearing and then go back, try to reinstall and you should b fine.

"it'll do some clearing" ... what do I press to make it "do some clearing"? thanks
The only thing I had on which I recently turned off was update location automatically. Anything else I might be overlooking.

Google Now uses maps. So if you have it enabled, that could be why. Mine uses a little, but I do not use it much for commutes so that might be why it does not use much battery.

I had the same issue but keeping GPS off (when not needed) fixed it.

This is what my battery usage for maps looks like. It used to not drain this much. I haven't even turned on Google Now on a fresh ROM install.

I get this constantly (as in every 60 seconds at times). I like the phone, but not if this continues.
thanks much

Yeah, I'm still stock and I get that error as well. Without getting a logcat as it happens it's difficult to tell. I wouldn't worry about it that much.
Try flashing a newer version of the Google apps

In settings > app manager, find Google Services Framework and clear cache and data.
If that doesn't work boot recovery and wipe dalvik.

Great, edit the title and put [FIXED] at the end so others with the same problem can find the solution
