Did it turn off while it was in the process of rooting?
Did it successfully root?
Did it seem to be stuck on the Red and White Kindle Fire Screen?
When you plug it in to the charger, do you see anything on the screen light up?
I would try plugging in the charger and holding the power for around 12 seconds. Then check on it later. If you installed fff already, then charge via usb.

Give us more info. What version was the Kindle running, what rooting method, etc. Also, the only way to revive it may be a "Fastboot" cable, which can be purchased from Amazon.
Maybe battery dead

Hi XDA
i didn't want to make it a long thread but i have to , bare with me here :
first i followed that topic on XDA : http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g3/general/guide-update-to-lollipop-root-bumpd-twrp-t3048845
i tried to install twrp with imageprep but after rebooting it says secure booting error or something like that
i also tried this after that but with the same error https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2we1YDc5JGU
but always the mobile was rebooting and opened like nothing happened
so i searched the internet for a solution i tried this one : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4YZ0i6aFsfM
but i guess the file attached weren't compatible so it ends up with an error before doing anything so there was no option except this : http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g3/help/help-secure-boot-error-trying-to-boot-t3054977
and here comes the misery , cuz i just got my phone and after the step while you write the commands in the android terminal emulator
and BOOM everything went black
NO BOOT , NO RECOVERY , NO DOWNLOAD MODE , absolutely NOTHING :crying: i freaked out a lot , but after searching for 3 days i've found this xda thread : http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g3/general/unbrick-lg-g3-qhsusbbulk-qualcomm-9008-t3072091
sadly i'm now on LGE AndroidNet USB port (com 11)
and what i'm getting from this thread that i've to short circuit two pins in my LG G3 Motherboard so i can switch LGE AndriodNet USB Port to Qualcomm 9008
Before anything else i want to make sure that i'm on the right track so just want to approve these steps :
1- open the phone
2- to make the device read as "Qualcomm 9008" not as "LGE AndriodNet USB Modem" i have to :
a- short cut the pins in the photo you provided "without the battery" for 3 minutes
b- connect the phone with the USB cable in the computer "without the battery"
c- my PC will detect the device as "Qualcomm"
3- after that i'm good to use your LG G3 unbrick method
are these steps right ?
just need to know when to plug in my battery and when i connect the phone with the cable , the pins must be connected or i can just connect the pins for 3 minutes and then remove the connection between them ?
Please anyone answers me with the exact steps or give me a short video on how to do it alone because i'm still rookie at these stuff
thanks xda members :fingers-crossed:

If you have asked for help in the threads you have linked, without receiving a response, you can try quoting someone that may know or use @ before their user name like @sd_shadow
This is a very technical and likely very few people have even attempted it, so it may be awhile before the right people log in to XDA and see your post.
This thread will be moved to G3 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting
I too am having issues with my LG G3 trying this method but the thread linked has been closed.
Hi, i just solved this problem like just an hour before. And yes all your steps are right but make sure you select same port in the tool too,
And do not remove the connection between pins until your device recognize as Qualcomm

So far from what ive read if its not picking up qloader. Either motherboard replace.ent or jtag. Now theres a chance the batter is to dead cause i know the g2 wont charge in qloader mode hard bricked. I had to buy a fastboot cable for a kidle fire which is soldered diffrently than a usb and a otg cable. And it force charges while hard bricked. Worked on my hard bricked dead kindle and my g2 which the bat died in while hard bricked. But i had to do the ground point to get it in qloader after it charged. That also might be ure issue. Is it wont pick up cause the bat is dead. But from what im reading. This is the cat 6 rite. That sofar these are the only ideas i have

So, I am a victim of the McAfee killswitch. I rooted my phone, then unlocked bootloader, but I made a mistake and had to flash kdz. For some reason, the kdz i downloaded was locked in mcaffee, so i really struggled but managed to install twrp, and of course root. The phone worked fine for a long time, but then I messed up and got a bootloop. The thing is, my killswitch is engaged now, so I can't just go into TWRP and wipe, or go into download mode. Both locked. And if i try to boot normally I just get the loop... So my questions are: Is there a way to get into TWRP directly (without having to confirm, phone could reboot to recovery just fine). Or just flash kdz, i don't know, anything. ADB shows device offline and sometimes unathorized, fastboot doesn't detect it. LG service said it will only fixed if i replace everything. Any help?

Kdz
How will it put my phone into download mode? If i click start, it says the phone is not connected to the computer. My computer can see the device as ADB device, but only offline or unauthorized.
When I used it my phone was stuck on the LG screen. Flashtool found my device and started the upgrade then it booted my phone into download mode
That does not work for me.. The program is stuck at 60% and telling me phone is not connected.
The only other option I can think of would be to a hard factory reset. Make sure your phone is off then hold down power and volume down together when the LG logo appears keep holding them. It should take you to that menu
I already said I can't go into recovery like that, because there is a killswitch activated on my phone.

There is no button combination for download mode. Pull battery out. Leave it out for 10 seconds. Connect usb to back port of pc. Put battery back in. While holding Volume UP connect USB. After you see Download Mode on screen release button.
Already done. No effect.
I would like this as well. It is possible to end up in a boot loop with no access to download mode...ask me how I know ?
