Switzerland - but thanks for the offer!
Can someone explain to me though how a ROM can screw up the screen calibration, and then placing the right ROM on the same device does not have any effect?! Makes no sense to me!

essentially you've bricked the display by using the wrong drivers
Hi..I have created this tool to help people new to Android or HTC for that matter to flash kernels and recoveries without any pain.. You may say that there is another Toolkit out there wich is 100x better(agreed!) but I find this simpler to use.
This is my first try to any of these type of toolkits so I know its basic.
You put recovery.img in the Recovery folder and open Recovery-Flash.bat
And it will flash the recovery.
You put boot.img in the Kernel folder and open Kernel-Flash.bat
And it will flash the kernel.
For all flashes you need to have USB Debugging enabled and have to be booted in normal OS.
It will do everything.
MAKE SURE YOU NAME THE RECOVERY recovery.img AND THE KERNEL boot.img otherwise this ToolKit will not work.
CHANGELOG:
v1.0:
Initial Build.
If I find this interesting I will continue this project and will learn more about .bat files and stuff

Thanks jmztaylor that's great.
I'm sure there may be other tweaks more beneficial, but I remember that when I had the HTC Evo, which if I'm not mistaken is similarly "specced", this modification was beneficial:

@jmztaylor, please answer to this: Do I know you? Because your nickname looks pretty familiar. I mean "know you" in the meaning of "seeing your nick on xda". I'm pretty sure is not the first time I see your posts.
Also, do you have a One V device?
Third: if not, I can be your beta tester for your upcoming CM9 rom and/or helping you out with things in this process! (have access to linux, adb, dsxdia's kitchen and so on)
Feel free to PM me.

I have version 012 of the rom, i want to update to 013. do i have to do a full wipe?
Why not ask rom related questions in the rom thread??
If your already on trip, then no need to wipe anything... Just dirty flash... However, if the kernel is updated in the build your flashing, then you must Flash the boot.img as well..
