Trying to use the football or nascar app and get a message saying "nascar/football are only available for sprint and nextel users"
I have tried installing the updates from the sprint section on the market and nothing
I just rooted the phone and froze sprint zone and deleted blockbuster, kindle, and flicker.
I am able to use the telenav and sprint tv apps just fine.
any help would be appreciated
thanks
No luck on this huh?
no one else have these issue?
well i am guessing no one uses the sprint apps or no one has had this issue.
just loaded a different sense rom and got the same thing.
how are you installing the apps? Usually you need to push them to the system folder, not just install from the apk
Supposedly with lg8 update going to be music hub support and according to Samsung should be live anyone yet able to use music hub
Sent from my SPH-L710 using xda premium
Not working after update.
Sent from my SGS3!
I too am wondering when the heck Music Hub will be activated on our phones. It's on AT&T and US Cellular right now so I'm guessing this is Sprint's decision rather than Samsung's since not activating it would be preventing them from getting subscribers. I'm using Spotify but the mobile app is horrendous so I'm dying to get my hands on Music Hub. If you look at it in the Play Store it says there's an update but it's not compatible with my devide. Wtf? Last I checked it was advertised for the Galaxy S3 and that's what I have. They need to start adding "upon carrier approval." And for some dumb reason Samsung won't even let you start using it on the website until you've activated it on your phone. Here I am dying to give them my money but can't. I wonder if it would be possible to install the Music Hub apk or whatever from another carrier on our phones...
So basically I bought myself a new Galaxy Nexus and my friend has a Galaxy S lll. I was just fooling around and tried to transfer photos between the two phones using NFC. Turns out it doesn't work, just gives a message saying something like 'tagcollected'.
I turned of S-Beam on her phone and then tried the transfer but still no luck. Then I tried to exchange a Contact and that worked just fine.
I'm thinking that A-Beam and S-Beam don't play too well with larger files. I know that the S3 uses wifi-direct and the GNex uses Bluetooth but there has to be some workaround to make this work.
The S3 is on ICS(stock unrooted) and the GNex is on 4.1.1(rooted and stock).
Is there a way to make this work?
No.
Hopefully the SIII doesn't drop the native functionality in JellyBean.
My mom has the SIII and no, there isn't a workaround.
Potentially she could get on a JellyBean rom.
On my Sprint GS3 running CM10.1M3, I lost all of my Sprint apps, as one would imagine. The only one I wanted to actually use is Sprint TV so I can watch some shows that I haven't otherwise been able to. I've tried the app through the Play Store but it always crashes when I press the Update button, and the ones that I've downloaded from various websites are all broken and won't load the content, or tell me they can't get my subscription.
Does anyone have the APK for Sprint TV that will work on my device? Or an APK that I can try to use?

As far as I'm aware, Sprint TV isn't available for AOSP roms... I know there's a TW-based one and a Sense-based one (for HTC phones), but not for AOSP roms.
Does anyone know of a browser that will allow me to drag and drop for certain websites or know of a way to do it. I'm trying to drag an image then put it into a certain spot but I've tried several different ones to no avail. I'm on a rooted S3 and also an S4 both Sprint. I posted a screenshot of what I'm trying to do. Thanks for the help.

Maybe use an OTG cable with a mouse plugged in?
Thanks I'll check that out.
