RINGKE slim for Galaxy s3 REVIEW - Galaxy S III Accessories

hey guys,
I know youve been wanting for this one, and here it is. A great ultra thin good looking case. It delivers good protection, and looks great. My problem with the matte finish is it catches grease and fingerprints. Wish they had the metalic version , but oh well. With the white one, you wont b able to see any of that im sure, but white is easier to get dirty
Check it, and hope you enjoy it

Most attractive cases

Hi everyone,
What are some of the most aesthetically pleasing/best looking cases you've come across? I'm personally a really big fan of the Zenus cases:

I just like the black rubber gel that t-mobile sells. all black and sexy. and i've dropped it many many times. perfectly fine.
this is my phone case i think its pretty nice
EDIT: it looks alot better in real life lol
Bought this one for my girlfriend - http://www.speckproducts.com/smart-...cases/fitted-samsung-vibrant-case-purple.html
I think it looks pretty nice.
Case-mate's barely there cases are amazing!

Ultra thin and truly protect it.

i used to have the case mate tough case but then i switched to the melkco. the casemate would always get stuck in my pocket n the rubber part would pick up alot of lint. the melkco is just very nice looking it fits really snug only bad part is the cover part gets kind of annoying when playing games or on a phone call, but you get used to it.

how is the barely there case working for you? im trying to order one for my vibrant but was choosing between that or using invisible shield.

Does anybody here have 1 of these cases??

im after a carbon fibre case for my phone and the only decent case ive found is the Zenus.
However i am looking at a cheaper alternative and wondering if there going to be as good?
so case no 1: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Carbon-fi..._MobilePhonesCasesPouches&hash=item3a6bdd6370
I like the look of it very much, not sure if it comes over the screen as much as my silicone case though??
case no 2: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Black-Car..._MobilePhonesCasesPouches&hash=item415cce4416
more carbon, not sure if i am going to like a flip case or not, unsure about the finish of the outer section but that can be painted i guess lol
so is there any reccomendations for a carbon case??
I don't have any recommendations for a carbon case because I am a fan of leather, but that first case looks pretty nice.
I like the first one too. My only concern is how tedious it would be when answering calls with the flip.
Yea the flip can be a pain.
The first case is very nice but im unsure if it sits further out then the screen like gel ones do. I might ask the seller if he can get a pic of it on an actual phone.
If this is real carbon fiber I would be concerned with reception as it conducts electricity.
I have orderd the 1st case last night. I shall let you all know what its like when it turns up.

If this was real carbon fiber, it'd be a lot more expensive.

Trident Aegis- Best Case Available

Honestly, this is the best case for the E4GT:
http://www.tridenteer.com/categories/Samsung-Epic-4G-Touch/
Available for $20 on amazon:
http://www.amazon.com/Samsung-Touch...PACW/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1327710501&sr=8-1
Its a 2 piece silicone/hard plastic. Perfect snug fit. In fact I messed up my nails trying to take it off to change my screen protector. Not tacky to the touch; slides into pocket no problem. Comes with a clear screen protector. Has covers for the usb and headphone ports.
The side buttons are even easier to press since they stick out even more, and the silicone is extra hard in the buttons so you don't have to press hard at all. Now, if you're looking to keep that slim and lightweight look, this case is not for you. But if you're looking for straight up functionality coupled with unrivaled protection, you NEED this case.
Colors are nice but I think I still prefer my Case Mate Tough

I'm currently on the S-line TPU Hybrid Case. Worth the upgrade?
I'm also looking at the CM Tough & Seido Active Case
Just got my red aegis today and I can say it is one bad ass case! Best I've used for any phone I've owned in a long time.

Ever since i bought this case ... I constantly wonder if girls love me ... or my phone. I don't know who to believe anymore.
I think I'm gonna go for black because all the colors look faded out on the site. Is it just the site or are the colors darker? Pics for people who got different colors such as RED please

It's absolutely worth the upgrade. I came from the Diztronic TPU case, which was really nice,... good fitment, slim & light. I've had the Aegis on my E4GT for about a week now and it's super. I'm almost glad Otterbox ain't doing anything for this phone. They really screwed da pooch on their Evo 3D case, and I ended up replacing it with an Aegis. So putting one on this phone needed little thought.

I have had this case on for about two weeks. So far so good. Has saved from falls already and keeps the fine dust junk out of the that crack between the screen and the plastic on the phone. I love the side hard buttons, and there is a fine mesh covering the mic and back speaker holes. I got the Ballistic green color. It looks like the website image, just a weee bit darker. weeeee bit. Did nto use the screen protector that came with it, so no comments on that.
Wow,... didn't notice the mesh over the speaker and mic. Added bonus!
My Aegis was here in my box when I came home from a weekend of snowboarding. I feel a lot better with this puppy wrapping up my fon. Looks and feels pretty sweet!
Looks too much like a "case". A fatal cheesifying flaw of almost every case... along with making your uber-thin phone as thick as a deck of cards.
And I'm always dubious about hard plastic. It'll transfer shock to whatever it's against... could be the phone. That'll make the case survive a drop, not the phone. If it's got soft rubber inside the hard plastic, that kind of makes the hard plastic just unneeded bulk... and look like, well, your phone is in a "case".
I am a big fan of my $8 TPU case. That TPU material is the right compromise between hard and soft, and it fits so well it doesn't even look like a case. Looks elegant even, in matte black. I wish they made a white one, would look like a white version of the phone. For the price of this case at the super-discount Amazon price, you'd have two TPU cases plus a few bucks in your pocket.

[VIDEO REVIEW] HTC One Poetic Palette SLIM Case

Got this case in and decided to do a quick review on it. It's a really nice case for only 7 bucks! A great alternative to the Spigen Ultra thin. Enjoy!
you can check it out here on Amazon:

Any way to remove the branding, scratch it off or a sharpie maybe? For whatever reason their logo bugs me.
Thanks for your review!

It seems possible to scratch it off or maybe use some acetone(might be a little too harsh though) to remove it but I'm definitely not bothered by it so I won't be trying it. The sharpie will definitely do the trick though but It might be a little obvious where it got sharpied.

Xtreme Skins

Has anyone used these before on their P9? I've just ordered some as not been able to find a decent case I like.
They seem very reasonably priced compared to others.
Unfortunately I cannot post links yet.
Never heard of them, but would like to see pics. The dbrand skin I had came off on the top. The sticker layer above the camera is simply too thin.
I was going to get the dbrand one but I think they were about $20 for one. I shall post a couple of pics when they arrive, which hopefully won't be too long.
Hey Matt,
my phone has not arrived yet but I ordered from Xtremeskins too now because the skins are dirt cheap and look really promising. Also, when I watch this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9YrK0rkbFRc the leather skin looks really nice and georgous.
Once I get my phone and applied the skin I will post pictures here. Also am looking forward to see your pictures.
Best
Kon
I've used a black leather skin from dbrand for a while now and I reckon it's made of a similar fabric (3M vinyl).
The texture and touch is quite nice and come as close as can be to genuine leather. The cut and fit from dbrand is astonishing though I couldn't tell for xtremskins.
My skins arrived. I ordered orange and red carbon look. The first impression was nice. They look good and feel even nicer. Applying them was easy with help of their videos on their website.
The fit: I would give it 99%. Only on the sim tray and on the logo (see pictures) it is a little unaligned. Nothing that gets in the way of the beauty of this skin.
It feels very nice and adds a good grip to your phone. Suddenly, I dont feel like it is gonna fall off my hands any second...thats good.
However, the glue is not the best. On the sides it just doesnt seem like it is sticking properly. I have to constantly press it down and align it again. If the glue was a little better Id probably give it a 10/10 but if I knew dbrand had a better glue Id buy them there to be honest. I will update my review in a few days, however, I feel like this wont hold for long..sad though
Some more pictures
update: I have to revise my previous statement, dbrand doesn't even offer protection for the sides on the P9...maybe I now know why

Here's how mine ended up;
imgur . com/a/B21ls
cutouts were pretty accurate, no issues with the sides
using that tpu case to preserve the skin and phone even more
Nice, thanks for posting the link. Since you also use a case it is a little different to my use case I think Anyway, looks good
Hey Kon,
Apologies for only just replying to your post now but not had the chance due to ill health. The Orange carbon one looks good in the pictures although I wasn't keen on how it looked on the phone. I have a white glitter one on mine which actually looks decent. The material on it seems to be thicker than the Orange carbon one. I did have an issue with keeping the corners down but as I now have a bumper case on it doesn't matter too much. I decided to leave the Huawei lettering covered just to keep a clean look on the back. I'll get some pictures of it put on here tomorrow as soon as I charge up my other phone.
Matt
