[Q] galaxy nexus charging/stock battery indicator problem - Samsung Galaxy Nexus

Guys my phone now has a charging / battery indicating problem n I'd like to seek help over here, I've been having this problem since yesterday ,I have a battery charger n I've tried replacing the batteries where it is fully charged by the charger n my phone indicates it as 63%,I've tried wiping ,flashing, turning it off n try to get it have a full 4hrs charge but the phone still indicate the battery left inside it as 63% at maximum.. please any of you have an idea I'd be very thankful
Also the phone indicates 63% as well as I think I only get that much out of the fully charged battery by external charger.. I'm so frustrated by this cuz I just got this phone less than a month

Dead battery: Phone dead from low bat and won't charge

I had this problem: my phone (Arc S) died saying it had low battery (even though I had checked it just a minute ago with 25% still left).
I tried to charge it but nothing happened for 30 minutes.
I knew that taking out the battery and reinserting it after a while usually fixes this but this time it did't help. The phone could not be started and it wouldn't charge either.
Solution: Borrow a friends battery (if he/she has the same phone ) or buy a cheap one of the Internet (there are batteries for about 4 dollars).
Put the new battery in your phone and start it. Turn it off and quickly put the "dead" battery in again and insert the charging cable and it will charge and function as before!
My humble guess is that the charged battery leaves some juice in the phones circuits that stays there for a while and can help a "dead battery" charge again.
I know your problem : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1312398
No that's a workaround/patch to 0% battery issue caused by downgrading firmware from 2.3.4 to 2.3.2.
I've never downgraded! This problem is rather from the phones difficulties sensing the batteries power level correctly.
Thanks anyway!

Drain your battery to 0 percent then do a complete charge from 0% to 100%
Worked for me.
I have the same problem.I tried two different batterys and from both i get the same result.I think it's a problem with the sensors, when it reach 100% stops charging but in reality isn't charged at all.

Problems with battery

Hi, I picked up my phone from repair shop a week ago and since then when my battery goes below 55% i get message that battery is 0% and phone is shutting down, and then I put it on charger and sometimes it starts recharging from 1% but sometimes from 55% and if i charge it to 60% it works normally, but when i charge it to 100% it turns off on 55%, can someone help me please is it problem in software or maybe it is problem in battery?

It sounds very much like this:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/son...ttery-reporting-phone-dying-suddenly-t3095120
I replaced the battery and it's been working well for a few months now.
Battery drop from 50 % to 0 %
I had the same issue.
After force shut down (power + vol-up for 10 sec), the battery went back to normal.

EDIT :
That was a short lifesaver, battery is "fubar".
Guys , maybe there's something wrong with the battery charging in Amami . I have two Z1C, one of which normally charge up to 100 %. But the other charges the battery to 100% only in Stock 4.4.4 ... In all versions of Lollipop (stock or not) battery charges to 82% ... Calibration of the battery does not help. I replaced the battery - no change. I tried another powerful charger by Samsung - without effect. Anybody have an idea what's going on ?

Battery or software issue ?

The phone suddenly stuck at boot screen and was not able to load the system. whenever it loads the system it crashes BUT this issue was over when it was plugged into the charger.. the phone worked fine and battery is 52%.
I charged it fully 100% and wait an hour more and i calibrated it.. but once i removed the charger plug .. 1 min and the phone turned off and started bootlooping not able to boot the system without being plugged to charger.
so i bought a new battery... this battery also made the phone turn off at about 30% " without any warning of low battery" and not boot saying it is 0% and i put it on charge and charge it up to 100 and again stops around 40%/ this battery charges fast tho. according to the % displayed.
I m now going to charge the battery for 4 hours as I read since it is new, it should be charged for 4 hours.
Am i having problem due to battery or the phone is not estimating right the full charge of the battery or the phone have something corrupted or also the new battery is bad?
LG G3 D851 Fulmics 6.0 (full wipe + internal storage)
Thanks
