How do you guys get Chrome Browser text to be at least near the same font size. For example, when I open XDA, i can hardly read the topics because the font is so small but the replies in are at the perfect font size.
I had to run ICS Browser + because it seems a lot better.
I use Chrome on my laptop and on now use it on my gs2. I love the bookmark sync and also I can see the history pages viewed on my laptop.

It should resize the size of the Page content to fit your screen when you pinch to zoom. Or you can just get the xda app. Works great. I recommend it if you view the forums often.
I dunno im still kinda stuck on dolphin browser

I shall give it a shot then. I never took to Dolphin Browser and so defaulted on the standard browsers.

i changed the text size in settings to small, but now when i use the browser, the text reflow to page size doesn't work to my zoom level, it only works to the "default" double tap size. is there a fix or work around for this so text reflows to the width i zoom in?
thanks
Sent from my SPH-L900 using xda app-developers app
are you zooming in then double tapping?
Sent from my SPH-L900 using xda app-developers app
that's the problem. double tap will go to the width of the text. manual zoom, pinch zoom, whatever, does not reflow the text to the width of the screen, even though the option is set. doesn't matter if its more or less than the double tap zoom width. even the original rendering
Sent from my SPH-L900 using xda app-developers app
i sm having trouble following ya
reflow on samsungs is silly.. pinch zoom.. then double tap=reflow
Sent from my SPH-L900 using xda app-developers app
so basically, reflowing txt to your zoom width doesn't work, not existent, broken, on Samsung devices.

thats not what i said...
you have to zoom in...then double tap. apple had rights to reflow. though htc was able to work out a deal with apple and simple doubletap=reflow samsung was not....thus it was changed
zoom in by pinching...then double tap.
Sent from my SPH-L900 using xda app-developers app
when i zoom in, then double tap, double tap zooms it out to whatever the default font size is saved as in options. it does no reflowing what-so-ever.
i didn't realize this was a magical patentable thing, nor the apple control, or htc deal. i thought this was called "word wrap" and displaying-text-within-display-margins, something done on electronics since the 60s. probably before that in labs and military stuff.
what a stupid patent.

no...you can use browsers from the market though...chrome...opera.. dolphin hd etc
just to name a few

I finally understand the double tap...i tried it on a display phone in the Sprint store today. But, it doesn't do that on my phone. Double tap zooms to the width of the default text size set in settings, regardless of what its set to. I've tried changing all the options... what am i doing wrong?

Improves on the keyboard. Makes life and typing so much easier. Typing efficiency is enhanced greatly! One of the best investments since you will be using your phone's keyboard a heck of a lot.
Hmm, tough choice. My first choice probably would be Root Explorer. Can browse all files, edit protected files and move stuff around like files and folders.

+1 for SwiftKey - SO much better than stock keyboard.
I also use wallbase a lot, I used to have a hard time finding nice hd wallpapers for my phone now I have way too many.

Swiftkey is absolutely stellar. Its predictive abilities paired with how it learns your language makes it a must have. Additionally, the swiftkey swype beta adds gesture based typing if that is your preference.

swype beta has more languages its faster to use (my opinion)
Register here and they will send you a installer link
http://beta.swype.com/android/create/
I would definitely recommend getting Swype, it's changed the way I type on touch screens with gesture typing. The biggest draw back for swype is the way it gets distributed and the non-existent advertising.
Swiftkey flow might not be as amazing to everyone if Swype was available on the Play Store since day 1.
Hyped music - like spotify but free and you can make streaming playlists. Also Facebook contact sync - pretty self explanatory but also has high def pictures which is very nice.
