Anyone know of one that's good quality, and doesn't bulk up the phone??

I believe someone on here got the nexus battery to fit. Its 2000 or 2100 mah. I can't remember which.

So that would be the limit without having the extended bulky back cover?after that, you would need that extra cover??

As of right now it is. I haven't heard of anything else.

I got the extended galaxy nexus battery (2100mah) to fit however the back cover won't stay. Adds about 1mm thickness. I'm using a siedio case and it fits perfectly without the back case.

My Nexus extended battery fits perfectly and all the tabs click and stay. The bulge is also very minimal. For 24.99 at the Verizon Store, its the best deal for an authentic Samsung battery compatible with this phone. Don't know how long this 50% off 49.99 reg price will last.
Other posters had no problems with this extended battery fitting in their phones.

How much of an efficiency increase may we expect to see between 1850mah (or whatever we have stock) and a 2100mah? I can obviously do the math myself but does the efficiency grow exponentially or anything as the mah goes up?

Agreed I just received my battery from nexus today and it fits fine

No, it's linear. mah is a measure of amount of electricity stored, so more electricity is linearly more use time.
Thanks, electrical terms were never a strong point of study for me.

Why would you get that when Verizon is selling it for only 25$
Sent from my SGH-T989
Yeah, it was $26 and some change out the door, post-tax. Why would you buy it on eBay, pay more, THEN wait for shipping? Get it at the Verizon store.
Galaxy Nexus 2100mah battery from Verizon.
End of story on this.
Yes, the back does close and it works perfectly. Just don't drop the phone.
Anyone know how I can get the nexus extended sent to Canada?
I picked up one today at verizon in Vegas it was $27.01 after tax. So far so good, my back cover and case went on easily. Definitely worth it and now I have a spare battery, my original. DEAL!

What aftermarket batteries are better than the stock one. Tried anker batteries they dont hold charge as much only after 5 months .

Return your anker to them, they have an 18 month warranty for a reason.

I am also interested in good batteries and a battery charger, that can charger two or more batteries.

Has anyone tried these out? Not sure if you need an extended cover it doesn't say

why
it doesn't look like it has NFC plus you have Chinese writing all over it
Woahhh
Looks pretty sketchy to me
Wish there was someone here that has tested them before. Its a good price.
I have tested this gold batteries before. They do not hold more charge than an original samsung battery. I recommend using the samsung original instead of a gold one. They do not hold the charge it says.

I recently won a case under the impression that I would be receiving a battery with it but I was under the wrong impression. Haha, so if anyone has a spare 4200 MaH battery out there I could have that would be great. Thank you in advance.

so you got the case, free.. and now want a battery, free? lol
I say you sue for the battery, who knows you might win the case...

Maybe you could give the case to someone with a 4200mah battery but no case? lol
What's the best bang for my buck in terms of a battery case that HSS a built in battery? Also, is the Anker 7200mAh or ZeroLemon 7000 better? I've looked at reviews but havent seen them compared and a distinct winner.

I'm using the Zerolemon rugged case with holster and love it. I had to make a slight modification to the case because it was interfering with the proximity sensor but it wasn't hard to do. If I had a choice to buy the case again knowing what I know now, I would.

Have you had any experience with the Anker?
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I747 using xda app-developers app
No. After seeing what a Zerolemon will do, there's no sense in looking at another battery. The Zerolemon is a beast of a battery. It takes me 2 days to kill it and I'm hard on a phone. LOL
