When I install this MikRunny v1.01 deodex Rom everything installs great. Once I try to flash the 5 signal bar fix the status bar goes transparent (can not seem to get it back even after restart). Does anyone know how to fix this? Also, the battery % zip causes the same issue. Help?

Curious as to if anyones tried/managed to do this.
I flashed defrost 0.2, and im not really keen on the standard Android status bar, so tried to flash the circle battery one, rebooted and the boot screen kept lagging and crashing.
Advice?
afaik the froyo roms are not deodexed, so customization won't work yet

It worked for me
Strange issue - generated a .zip file from UOT including battery mod, custom icons and boot animation.
When I flashed the first one it seemed to work, but I've noticed that not all the icons on the status bar have been updated, for example the wifi and signal strength ones are original GB, all the others seem to have changed.
Ran a second .zip with a few changes and produced an error message on install saying it couldn't update the boot animation, although the new animation is there.
Confused....
Do you only have gingerbread theme or also a gingerbread rom? If you have a gingerbread rom you can only use the battery icon and boot animation option form the kitchen. The rest of the icon's are no longer in the framwork.res.apk, so they won't work.
Well, that makes it even more confusing. The boot ani and battery icon can be changed, but my first UOT theme also changed the other icons eg downloading, updating, preparing SD card etc. All of them in fact apart from the network signal strength and wifi icons.
Flashed back to original ROM (GingerVillain0.9) for now. But still none the wiser.
I got something from UOT today and it made me boot loop. Strange thing is ive used it loads of times and I know it was the right framework...
I wondered about the framework so I tried uploading the file from the ROM zipfile, but it didn't help.
As I said I decided in the end to restore back to the basic version and leave it alone for now. Might try just the battery mod on its own as I quite like the percentage values - not bothered about the rest really.
Every time I try to pull down the status bar on any custom rom, even in the stock rom, it will never pull down. I've checked to see if the roms have that feature and they do, I've also checked to see if the screen is unresponsive and it's not, but the status bar just doesn't pulldown for some reason.

Try going to recovery and wiping cache, dalvik and fixing permissions, see if that helps,if not,the you might need to reinstall the rom.
Hi,
I had my LG G3 rooted, and the dpi changed to 540. Also I played around with the exposed module tweakbox. Something else went wrong and so I did a factory reset with the Custom Recovery.
Afer that I could not download anything (except in Google Play). Also I had no access to the download folder.
So I decided to flash the firmware again. I did this with a CSE Flash. After doing so the Status and the Nav Bar were missing.
The I had the idea to try Kitkat. And everything was fine. Status Bar and Nav Bar where there. But as soon as i flash a Lollipop Firmware both bars are missing again.
Would love to have Lollipop again. Hope someone has an idea.
I guess it might be something with the tweakbox. But why is that still after a cse flash

EDIT:
Next Problem: With KitKat Firmware WIFI is not working.
Flash TWRP in KitKat and then boot to TWRP and perform a full wipe + factory reset. Then flash a lollipop kdz. Everything should be fine.

Hello,
I have a serious problem: after trying to install the UniQ ROM on my G3 (D855) at the first start (after Android apps optimization), the phone does not show navigation bar and status bar on the screen. I have tried several times, using TWRP, to perform a full wipe + format data and to install a different ROM (Fulmics 3.5) but the problem remains: how do I fix? :crying:
