Try mounting you SD card. This is a long shot.
What version of CWM you using ?
Do you use AmonRA- or Clockworkmod-Recovery? Which Hardwarevision does your Desire have ? If u have PVT4, you have use AmonRA and with this recovery-system you cannot use ROM Manager. You have to do all your flash, wipe, etc.- operations directly in recovery.

There is NO reason to use ROM Manager, use recovery.
Yh i always do but was just asking coz alot of devs put it in with thier roms. Thanks

using recovery is way better, it's easy to mess your phone with rom manager when you dont know how to use it

Cool. Personaly i like 4EXT Recovery and you can partition your sdcard with it to, you can get it in market or google 4EXT for thier own page. Some devs recommend that you use a recovery that is best with thier roms. So please read before flashing a rom and read other forums about it for more info. And you get into recovery by powering off your phone then you hold the volume down button + power button. Dont forget research n read

Hi , can someone can make flashable zip of this - http://download.oxygen.im/radios/bravo.5.17.05.23.zip
Yeah , i know its alredy in that format but in recovey its says - use never install script
I can make new way of zip , yes , but i dont know where to send radio.img
u have to extract the zip file and flash radio.img via fastboot commands which is the best way or install Clockworkmod recovery 2.5.0.7 and and then u can just flash the zip file, i dont recommend Clockworkmod recovery but it does the job as far as flashing new radio. take a look here

I could only find one with the old edify script, so can't flash it
Where I can find the latest radio with new recovery script?
Or should I flash the img it via fast boot? Which is better?
I am on data++ hboot, do I need to revert to stock?
Edit: found on http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=687464
that I need to flash with fast boot because I have 5MB cache, so the zip with edify script is enough, I just extract the img.

U can flash it in recovery as a zip file but only using an older version of clockworkmod recovery 2.5.0.7
But yh fastboot commands is the best way if u know what ur doing.

No, I have 5MB cache and it worked well with fastboot.

I was talking about flashing from recovery. Radio image gets unpacked in /cache and is 30 megabytes in size approximately. I'd like to see you unpacking it in /cache of 5.
