Hey try DFS, that software is a beast it has read almost every phone for me. I don't have my S3 yet so I can't confirm it to work but i believe in it.

I'm also interested in the method. I'm assuming the same method to Boost will also work to move the Sprint Galaxy SIII to a Sprint legacy plan like SERO. What I've found out so far:
1) QPST v2.7 Build 366 doesn't work on the Sprint GS3 except to add the diag comm port so that QXDM can see the port. You will not be able to use QPST to manipulate Profile 0 and Profile 1 to enable 3G.
2) QXDM v3.11.36 can be used for the repair. This will get you voice, SMS, 1xRTT data working.
3) To fix Profile 0 and Profile 1 to enable 3G, CDMA Tools DFS v4.0.0.3 looks to be very promising. Don't know what fields to fill out though.
I've seen ads in craigslist selling flashing services for the Galaxy S3 for use w/ Boost, so someone has already figured this out. Hopefully it won't be long before someone documents all the steps.
My Friend already flashes hes Sprint Galaxy S3 to Boostmobile with 3G data and mms working....
Nice I'm thinking about getting a s3 from best buy and paying full price and getting a warranty and flash to boost

I got a hold of QPST 2.7 build 378. This version is able to read more info from the Galaxy S3 than build 366. I'm able to launch EFS Explorer and see most (if not all) the NV Items. I'm not able to use Service Programming however. As soon as I enter the MSL, I get an error message saying "Roaming list receive failed". It looks like the latest build is 385. I'm wondering perhaps this build will be able to fully read/write the GS3. If anyone has a link to QPST 2.7 build 385, please share.

I flashed to Sero.
I used qxdm 3.12.714, which connected fine. I tried QPST.2.7.374 and was not able to connect to phone. "PRL error". CDWS connects but some features don't work, but its enough to get the phone programmed and 3g.

In DFS the fields to fill out for Profile 0 and Profile 1 are under Programming >>>Mobile. IP
Yes, I figured that before posting. It however is still operating at 1xRTT. So there must be something else I'm missing that needs to be changed in DFS.

I have read through the entire thread at http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1696621 which has helped me a lot. I noticed not suppose to ask help on that thread so I figured I start one here and you may delete my post I made on that thread.
I have a Verizon Nexus SCH-i515 I would like to get working on PagePlus. I currently have talk/text working, but no 3g. I have Verizon Paranoid Android rom, sprint FC12 CDMA radio. Using PRL 52874 provided OTA *22800.
I tried using the script for ets that AutoPrime provided on the mentioned thread above, but I do not know the HA, AAA, or Akey. I do not know how to obtain these settings. I'm assuming this is why I can't get 3g working.
I have a Droid RAZR Maxx flashed to PagePlus and I didn't need any of these settings. It was basically ##PROGRAM, set MDN, MIN, and SID, then use CDMA workshop or DFS, set EVDO to rev.a, and disable R-UIM by setting to NV only.. power on, *#*#INFO#*#* change to CDMA Auto (PRL), done.. so I don't know how to get these AAA,HA, or akey from.
Reading around some people are getting these settings from donors, but I don't have an actual PagePlus phone. If anyone can help me I'd be very happy and greatly appreciated.
Back to reading the mentioned thread above for the 5th time, see if I missed something. Thanks!
OK, seems everything I read says I need a donor phone. Can anyone tell me why I didn't need this when putting razr on page plus? Did it get all the info ota? Guess I'll have to dig up my LG dare to use as a donor, if I can.
Is it possible to swap razr and nexus esn, get the info then swap back?
AAA, HA, Akey backup??
Ok, swapped phones, now I need to find how to get Akey, AAA, and HA from the Verizon RAZR maxx... in DFS > programming > general > cave > get reports A_Key cps-error bad-param
ssd-a cps-error bad-param
ssd-b cps-error bad-param
Now under DFS > NV > read
I get 466, 580, 889, 906, 920,1192 cps-error bad-param
So this phone has 3g and works but no akey, aaa, or ha?
Is there a way to record a log of an ota on the razr maxx to get HA AAA and akey?
Also is there a way to log the nexus trying to connect to see the error message?
Razr keys
Stop trying to get the keys from the Razr; they won't help. The only AAA and HA etc. info. that will help you is that of a phone that has been activated with working 3G on Page Plus. The Razr is most likely locked up (as for the NV items), so if you think you need the 3G data, go for a cheap, easily accessible phone (LG Vortex, pretty much any Samsung, etc.).
I can live with 1x on Page Plus with my Gnex, but I don't use data that much. You get very little data on PP anyway.
Use Autoprime's script for P+, then go in and use "NV Manager" with ETS (just to be super sure everything is as it should be--I think the script put my MDN where my MSID should be actually). This got me 1x, talk and text.
I'm happy.

My RAZR maxx is on page plus with full working 3g,talk,text.. that's why I thought it would work if I swapped gnex esn to the razr, activated it, then tried to get HA/AAA then switch back.. but couldn't get them.. Did you use a donor to get 1x? What radios, rom, and prl are you using? The script for P+ requires HA/AAA ,well could be blocked off with /// but thought these were needed.
I do have a Verizon LG Dare somewhere if I can find it, could use it as a donor. Problem is finding it.
HA AAA passwords no donor
Well I've been changing so many settings that probably never needed changed. Going through every setting in ets seeing what does what. After changing some settings and pulling down some OTA via *22800 I have been able to get HA and AAA passwords without a donor. I still have no 3g data though.
Plugging phone number, HA, and AAA into AutoPrime's ets script still does not get me 1x or 3g data on pageplus. So there is still something missing on his script, something wrong on script, or maybe my phone is just glitched.
I did read somewhere that Nexus on pageplus should use profile 0, I noticed in AutoPrime's script he changes profile 1 settings. Maybe I'll try changing these around or something.

try flashing a radio thats actually for your phone if it will even work anymore after flashing one not intended for it.
I can flash Verizon radio but its not programmable. Will settings stay? Ill try that I just wrote all values to profile 0 and 1.. set 0 active no data, set 1 active no data..
My ha pass is only 9... script says 16.. should I add some 0's to the end to make it 16?
Watching this thread closely. I have a gnex I'm trying to get on page plus with 3g.

As I thought tossed on Verizon radio, settings reverted back to what SIM was programmed for. So I tossed in a blank SIM, mdn, min, etc all 0's and not changable.. so tossing Sprint radio back on unless someone knows of a Verizon radio that will accept changes.

Well if there was a guide it'd be pretty easy, but with no guide and over thousands of setting combinations, I'm just doing trial and error..
I don't think anyone at all has a Nexus on pageplus fully working.. Using a donor or not.. No one has said anything in any of the forums I read or youtube, so guessing that no one has it working. Guy above says he has 1x on pageplus, but I can't even get that, and I think he is the only one. All I have is talk/text working flawless..
There has been about 2 people that say they have the Nexus fully flashed to cricket.. but I have not attempted that as I'd rather have pageplus. If I can't get pageplus I may look into cricket and compare their speedtests with virgin mobile and flash to one of them. I have donors for VM.

Yeah Sprint Nexus is a little easier as you don't have to worry about radios, your stock radios allow programming. And since you are already Sprint you don't need to flash a sprint rom to access some on phone programming menus.
alphahere has a Sprint GNex fully working on Page Plus. These are the steps he took to get it working.
alphahere said:
1) Had a donor phone - HTC incredible, cloned all values needed to the Sprint Galaxy Nexus.
2) Modified the verizon script using the values from the HCT incredible.
3) Ran the script with ETS
4) Lastly did over the air programming with verizon (pageplus).
5) Modified the APN to work for verizon mms.

I suspect you are having the same problem I'm having. I just flashed a Sprint GNex to Page Plus a few days ago. However 3G data is not working because I used a Droid X as the donor and as I have learned in the last couple of days Motorola has their phones locked up pretty tight. I'm unable to pull the NV items needed to obtain the HA/AAA/PPP keys.
In the next few days I'm going to try and find a cheap LG or Samsung phone and use that as the donor instead.

On the GNex romming/rooting is a 1. Flashing a Sprint GNex is a 5 (autoprime's ETS instructions and scripts make it easy) and pulling the data you need from a donor phone can be a 5-10 depending on which phone you use as the donor.
Once you go through the process once though it's pretty easy.

I would anticipate the Fascinate to be pretty easy to use with CDMA Workshop/QPST/QXDM. As long as you stay away from Motorola...
I purchased a sprint galaxy note II that had aleady been flashed to metropcs for a good deal. I was able to get it activated for metropcs and currently have voice and mms functioning correctly. I have run into a dead end in trying to get the data to work for the phone. I have used the Galaxy Note2 toolkit. I am new to Odin and Clockwork Mod in general so this is becoming a bit tedious for me. I flashed the synergy Rom yesterday in a feable attempt to get my "data" back on track but now i realize I need help and guidance from the experts of the forum. Any guidance to point me in the right direction would be appreciated- for example- do I need to flash a radio, kernel, etc?... I hope I don't come off as a complete idiot considering I have spent hours on getting this thing Rooted- I really don't know what to do now. Thanks for the help.
Search for my guide on the galaxy s3 forum here. It worked for the evo 4g, evo 3d and galaxy s3, it should work on the note 2.
You wont get data without the proper provisioning. On these phones that requires using dfs or cdma tools. On htc phones it can be done with qpst.
Do the provisioning part of the guide and that should work.

Thanks Max, I figured the S3 would be a good place to start. I will work on it today.
Ok- Started the work on this today and wanted to give an update and where I am stuck. I am at BloodyKiller 86's section of the provisioning. I'm on windows 8- I installed the Diag drivers and can now see in my device manager a tab under modems that lists "Samsung Mobile USB Modem." In checking the properties it shows Com 3. On my Galaxy Note 2 when I do ##3424# it pulls up a PhoneUtil screen(UART)- I can either select CMDA Modem or PDA and then below that there is a Qualcom USB SETTING tab that gives me the following options: (mtp), (mtp+adb), (ptp), (ptp +adb), (RMNET+DM+Modem), and (DM+Modem+ADB). I am now stuck with using CDMA Workshop. I downloaded the demo version and am not sure if this is the reason i am getting stuck. I have chosen COM 3(shows in the properties of the Samsung Modem) and can connect to it successfully but when i attempt to Read Device in DM mode it gives me the "Failed...Device does not answer." I have tried choosing the different options above and connecting but to no avail. I am hoping you may have some advice for me. I appreciate all your hard work and will continue to work on this until I get this Note 2 working with Data.

4G not working....3G is working
Can I get the link to your thread on the Galaxy S3 problem for data?
I have hacked several phones thanks to the help of this group so I wanted to return the favor. I spent about 6 hours doing this and have success (phone, text, and 3g web even using OTA programming with no MEID cloning.).
The first thing you need is to make sure your phone is stock. If your phone is modded get the stock rom from here
http://vivow.pcharpoon.com/roms.html#stock
I have tested this on a rooted phone using the GB rom above. With the latest radio from here
http://vivow.pcharpoon.com/radios.html
Next follow what shef692003 says about using CDMA workshop.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1067036&highlight=spc&page=4
Make sure to get your drivers downloaded first. You will have to hunt for cdma workshop yourself.
We need to change the spc code to 000000 you can also change the NAM number to your phone number but this doesn't seem to effect anything. after rebooting your phone dial the straight talk OTA program number *22890.
I will update after testing with AOPK 4.2 rom later. Thank all you guys for the help you have given.
Update after replacing stock rom with jelly bean AOKP
After running all day on AOKP using straight talk and all is well. Cell coverage is the same if not a little better than my wife's stock straight talk phone. Data was 3g and all the phone's features have worked "out of box" so to speak. I hope this helps someone else if they want to flash their Dinc 2 over to straight talk.

Thanks for the info.
I was wondering, what are the APN settings you are using to achieve 3g?
EDIT: Also, when I try to call *22809 it tells me "we are unable to program your phone"

Sorry it took so long to get a reply back. My kid fell through some sheet rock and broke his arm so I've been busier than usual.
Are you using the stock rom from Verizon?
I didn't touch the APN settings the only other thing I did was to change the NAM value to my phone number. After doing those two things I was able to complete OTA programming. I had also updated the radio but I think that was after I had finished the OTA programming. I'll check my APN settings when I get a chance, but those where "stock" so to speak.
I want to do this for my brother, he is currently on Verizon. I am assuming that he has to disconnect service from Verizon first then activate Straight Talk?

Will this work for a sprint HTC evo 4G as well?
this is no longer needed.. you can bring your dinc2 to straight talk without doing any flashing.. it's their byop plan.

Not True. You can bring SOME CDMA phone to ST but the incredible 2 is NOT one of them! If you try to activate it using their BYOP program they will take you MEID and after 10 or so minutes tell you that the phone is not compatible with their system. I know I tried. The reason I bought my incredible 2 was for the BYOP program.
Sorry for not replying
I never got an email showing their was a request for info on this thread. This method won't work for sprint phones ,I think, because it uses verizon CDMA settings. It does work as this is how I got my phone on the ST network.

thats not true i activated one on straight talk
I don't see any reason why you could not use the Dinc2 on BYOP for straight talk.
will this work for the droid 4??? i tried to switch my old droid 2 with the d4 using the same number with page plus and they said they dont do 4g lte phones..
How did you get the Incredible 2 onto Straight Talk?

I had the same error even after going back to stock. Sprint rep said that they have no record of that error and didn't know how to handle it. He reset the phone with ## commands (sorry don't remember) then the phone wouldn't activate. Took back to best buy and the Samsung rep flashed something, no help. I have a replacement now. I hope you have better luck.

I can help you out because I was going through the same problem.
Here's the thread to the list of all PRLs (don't worry about it being in the S3 section, they are the same for the Note II): http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1880781
Also, if you run accross the issue of not seeing the "PRL write" in the ##DATA# menu, you need to go here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2159054 and flash the MA4 zip. I'm running MC2, and it worked for me. Also, there's some tricks to get the prls to stick when you write them. First, name the PRL "TEST.prl" (all caps). Second, turn your data off before doing the prl write.
This is my first post, so give me a thanks if I did any good
My setup:
Sprint Note II LPH-L900
Rooted stock ROM (MC2)
Kernel: Perseus-alpha36
PRL: 55015 (I'm still looking looking around, though)
My final note: I <3 Xposed Framework
Disclaimer: I don't have a clue what I'm talking about. I can't program or read code. I just look up stuff on Google. If this bricks your phone, don't blame me. Make a backup!
Lol I didn't realize Chris already posted the PRLs thread. I figure why not throw in some screenshots of the dialer steps and menu You should see. I also wanted to show off the theme I came up with.

I get that a lot when they're working on our towers. Only fix is to wait and keep trying. Sometimes it can last a bit but sometimes it can go on for days. A work around I found was to switch from LTE mode to CDMA and let it reprovision on evdo. On evdo the chances of programming are better. It's weird but it works for me most of the time when ehrpd keeps giving me that error. Also I would like to point out that you're roaming and its just a hunch but maybe you can't update while roaming as you're on Verizon's network and not Sprint's which I think is required to pull ur info from.

Its cool you helped more than I did but if thats true about having issues with updating then that happened to me about twice so far meaning about them working on the tower

Yea I learned that the hard way.. If you get that error while trying to update your profile or prl a handsfree activation is the worst thing you could do. Was stuck with a non working phone with a phone number of 0000003410 or something like that. The reason why I assume it's tower work related is because the problem is on ehrpd only. Once I switch to CDMA mode the process gets completed whether I'm on evdo or 1xrtt. In OP's case though I think it's roaming related.

I had sprint change my username & I had to reset phone by ##72786# once the phone rebooted i let it run the Hands Free Activation and it worked..
I could swear, like others, that I'm having better results with 55015 than 2000. Time will tell still, but previously i was seeing no network connection far too often, signal bars but no 3G or 4G. Have had constant connection so far since switching to 55015 lat night, and i hope it continues, and i hope i dont have any call/text issues due to 800 mhz band or whatever.
Was such a shame to have such a nice phone with such crappy service!
Sprint Galaxy Note 2 SPH-L900 (how do I reinstall Sprint PRLs&get rid of Page Plus)
I bought a Sprint Galaxy Note 2 SPH-L900 not too long ago on Craigslist. Guy told me it worked with Sprint but he apparently flashed it to something that used Verizon PRLs (from what i've been told probably Page Plus). I recently tried to use Ringplus/Sprint with this phone but couldn't use it due to the PRL problem. When I try to make a call a robo Verizon operator pops up and I can't make calls. Of course, I can't get in contact with the guy that sold me the phone so im hoping you guys can help me get it to work with Sprint.
The MSL number has been changed to all zeros. And the dial code ##72786# shows "SCRTN" at the very top then just restarts my phone.
So I rooted the phone using this simple process. [SPH-L900] CF-Auto-Root
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1956180
Then I downloaded SuperSU. Then tried DFS to change my MSL number back to the original number. But it didn't work. I tried PRL Helper, but that too did not work. Won't let me reset the PRL. So I unrooted my phone (or so I thought) and reset the phone to factory to see if that would work, and it did not. So I reinstalled the CF-Auto-Root and now even SuperSU won't work. Im new to all this rooting stuff. THIS IS FRUSTRATING!
My phone is running stock rom. Android version 4.4.2 Baseband version L900VPUCOH3. Build number KOT49H.L900VPUCOH3.
PLEASE HELP!
I'm not sure of all the prl changes and how all that works. That said I would use odin to revert to a stock unrooted ROM and try to reactivate sprint via settings prl updates ect.
Edit: here's a link to stock ROM for Odin. Hope it helps http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2780984

Thanks for the help. I followed the instructions in the link and it didn't help at all. I still get a Verizon operator when I try to make calls and when I enter in try the carrier reset dial code ##72786# ,it shows "SCRTN" at the very top then just restarts my phone. There has got to be a way to fix this...
Sounds like you need to Google how to flash your phone to whatever carrier you are wanting to get on. I myself am on boost mobile.

Thanks. But thats what i've been doing. Im trying to get my phone to work with Ringplus(they use Sprint towers). I've been using cdma workshop to try resolve the issue but nothing has been working. I know that I need to revert my phone back to Sprint to be able to use Ringplus. Info on how to go from Page Plus to Sprint is very limited.

Thanks for responding. This is actually one of the first things I did and I also kept getting transferred to different people. What specifically did you ask the Sprint people for them to do what they did?
I had to buy a cheap donor phone to clone the settings and such over so i could use mine on boost. Just fyi

How would I clone another phone? And in order to do this right, would I have to clone another SPH-L900?

Sorry for the late response and thanks for the reply but I was trying to go to RingPlus not PagePlus.
Problem Solved!
Forgot to update. I fixed this problem.
How I FIXED Ringplus PRL problem (flashing to stock rom may or may not be necessary)
I fixed the problem by rooting my Galaxy Note 2 SPH-L900 with odin here.
[SPH-L900] CF-Auto-Root
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1956180
The reverted to 4.2 Kit Kat stock rom using "ALL_SPT_L900VPUCNE2_L900SPTCNE2_1561791_REV04_user_low_ship.tar.md5" file.
https://www.kingoapp.com/root-tutorials/how-to-flash-samsung-stock-rom-via-odin.htm
Then I downloaded the "25xxx = residential acct - lte/800smr" PRL files from
http://*******************eestat.ir/?index=forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1880781 (Add '?http://?xda-d?evelopers.freestat' to the beginning of link without the '?' marks.)
and extracting the "25XXX_LEG" folder then using the "25016.prl" file to desktop then using CDMA Workshop 2.7 to change the prl to the 25016 prl file.
Then I used trial version of DFS 16.2.21.0 to change my HEX and DEC and esn numbers to match what was on originally on the phone (I found this out through either Ringplus or going into phone dial code). It was a little difficult to change them because DFS kept saying it was skipping the request but after a little while even though it said it didn't change anything it did change it back to the original. That allowed my phone to be read by Ringplus and I was able to get the phone activated and PRLs updated automatically.
