Just saying if anyone know how to change the phone UI to a tablet UI it would be great and I wanna try that
Change your screen density. Just go below 240 but don't go over 190, or else your phone.apk will be crashed. And careful when change the number, it can make your phone bootloops

You can't do it yet on aosp. Anything above 185 will do. Try 200, it will be nice. Also, use Nova launcher.
Next time, your question should be in Q&A Section.
182 DPI works fine
i cant use in another density. only in 160. theres no way to solve it ??

Not any that I know of. Look, 200 will work just fine. Try it for once already.

Then stop whining about it. Go and use Checkrom or some other GB rom with ICS theme.
Search for mdipPhone.zip on xda (i don't remember exactly where i found it) and you could be able to use this lovely 160dpi (that aosp & aokp seem to hate ).
Curiously without this zip, all aosp & aokp "force close" ...
Why ? <- It's just a question not a polemic that I want on!
There is a 160dpi phone just above the patches section of this post. Give it a try: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=23253074&postcount=3
Who knows where I can find instruction how to make multi dpi dialer? For example I like 140 dpi, but no one dialer doesn't work with it. And I want to learn make a dpi fixes. Thanks and sorry for my English.

Same problem here
I've got the same problem.
After restarting the screen keeps blank. You have to make a Full-Wipe.
I think it's a bug of CM10. Maybe in one of the next versions it will be fixed.
Sorry for my bad English.

I think so. Do you think we can extract ldpi phone.apk and replace it with our mdpi phone? And then try to change dpi

could be on ICS to let the touchwiz port work without losing the call feature
but it looks like a full wipe is needed as its not booting, the problem isn't the phone apk I think but just jellybean framework not able to handle density change on our gio's (yet)

running windows xp, but slow 2,8 ghz single cored, there are phones that are faster .. don't know if thats bad though, it can always be worser

I use the 120 DPI on com.android.settings, modified via App Settings... the text become much smaller so it's a bit harder to see but at least it feels like you really have a five inch phone not a four inch.
Hello. Can anybod tell if there will come a phablet rom live PARANOIDANDROID I need a rom that will support the massive screen, as now the phone seams useless with the big screen when you cant fit more apps in the dreawer and so on.

I've been using the xposed App settings to change/reduce the DPI of programs, and that works pretty well.

I haven't messed with the launcher - I use NovaLauncher.
I mainly use it for apps, like facebook or the xda app.
