Anyone knows if DA-E650 is compatible with S3?

If your running a deodex LJC ROM it should work for you. Just make a backup first if you do use it.

Try to install it, it should be an apk
Even if it doesnt work, it wont brick your phone or anything because its just an app. Its mostly flashing things incorrectly or corrupted packages that will do that

Just try it out lol, but it should work, some features specific to that phone wont though lol

Roadblock is going to be drivers. Sprint Note2 is Exynos, CDMA Note3 is Qualcomm800.
I thought a leaked build of 4.3 was released for the international note 2. That would probably be our best bet

No. If you want root buy a T830 or T835.
