Hey Guys, I gave my girl a g2 for her and she has been using it for about 3 months. She claims she has not dropped it. But who knows what might have really happened.
I need to know if this problem is Software or Hardware ( Motherboard or Screen).

Water damaged my 8.3, now it's dead and I am sad.
I remember there was a manual somewhere in this forum of how to tear an 8.3 apart (to exchange a battery I think it was)

I purchased an LG G4 H818P dual sim from Dubai. I've used the phone for about 2 weeks now and suddenly for absolutely no reason the left half of my screen has gone full black (split down the middle). The touch still works though. I have tried a hard reset which didn't work. On some forums people with the same problem said they removed the screen protector and it solved the problem. I did likewise but to no avail. Can anyone assist urgently please.
Could be connector or broken screen. Not software issue for sure. Drop it lately?

I had the same problem. I had return to LG to fix and replace with new screen.
