i had to decompiled my framework-res.apk by self . but error when recompiling
i had many ways and give up
please someone of you ? can you share framework-res.apk with crt animation ?

I decompiled file and Already False on
<bool name="config_animateScreenLights">false</bool>
so I changed it to true to test whats happen..but now I cant recompile and build it again and many errors ocures while I am try to recompile it..
Can someone helps me with this?
