Why won't you just edit it on your own? ^^ i mean it can't be so hard..?

I use Go Launcher and select the option to hide the taskbar with an upswipe gesture.

tks for info ...
but decompile framework is too hard for me .....
so, you think that is the only way ?
I´ve read somewhere that you need to change the status_bar_tracking.xml in systemui to point the background to a drawable
Cook transparent statusbar with UOT
Use ADW Launcher and DISABLE wallpaper hack
Ok didn't work too!
It's surelly something related to the touchwiz apk file...
We should convice UOT kitchen to include an option for touchwiz roms till we have CM7 or MIUI

Hey sewe ..long time no speak lol..
Yes mate ....Im sure that is the way forward ..
I tried to edit this xml with xml marker but it's not compatible!
What's the android xml mode?
Figured out it's the status_bar.xml that need to be edited.
I did it but I am not a pro of apktool so if someone can recompile it and test it...
I just replace the color code with the filename of the png

Dialerpad icons

Hi there.
Is there any chance to replace stock dialerpad icons on gingerbread with others of mine? I mean,is there a specific directory where I can have a go at replacing them with root explorer or am I supposed to mess up it all???
thanks in advance
If you have deodexed rom, just drop attached png to System/app/ DialerTabActivity.apk / drawable-hdpi folder.

thanks a lot nedoo, but maybe I just couldn't explain myself very well
I mean, since I fancy "buuf theme" more than any other theme and since adw.buuf.theme can't buuf system icons,I'd like to change dialerpad icons just to pop up somethin' like this:
is that possible to do all by myself???
I'd like to change icons in system/app/DialerTabActivity.apk/res/drawable.hdpi can I simply replacle icons or I gotta modify xml file too??????

You can drop in different images, yes... but don't expect it to decompile or recompile properly if you modify or replace the ".9" PNG's. To edit the ".9" PNG's properly, you have to decompile the normal framework/app, change the PNG and XML, then recompile.

Yes if you are on deodexed ROM. .9.png is not normal png it is compiled png with dots (invisible when compiled, visible when decompiled)wich are used as guides for streaching graphics.
T gain all the elements you showed on that photo you need to modify Phone.apk,
framework-res.apk, SystemUI.apk.
So do a beckup and experiment
That's not easy at all, more to say it's rather hard, but...

U can use ROMtoolbox to change it. It is under, interface-> icon changer
Or
U can use UOT kitchen to cook it by uploading systemui.apk and framework-res.apk. This is very simple.
Or
Alternatively, u can DIY it. U need apktool to decompile systemui.apk and framework-res.apk. Then get open the res folder and edit those battery image under drawable-hdpi. After editing, drag the res folder into systemui.apk and framework-res.apk by using 7zip or WinRAR.
