Does UKB 3.5 require that GAPPS be flashed or are apps already on board?

any Sense ROM will have gapps included.
only AOSP ROMs will need to have the gapps separately flashed.

hey guys, I just downloaded and flashed CM7 RC1 from rom manager along with the included gapps. The ROM is fantastic, however, the included gapps are not stock and the market includes the t-mobile tab. Would someone be so kind as to link me to a stock gapps for gingerbread. I would really appreciate it.

Is it possible to remove the HTC apps (including the sense U/I and launcher) from the stock 2.2 rom and install the AOSP apk's? I tried using custom roms, but the lack of a stable 4G is causing me to go back to the normal rom.

Well you can delete the sense.apk for the ui and get the aosp design, but you won't be able to installed the aosp apks. [As far as I know]. Regardless, if its not an "htc sense apk" the apk should install.
there are a few roms... sense roms... almost completely stripped of it. non aosp.
vaelpak has a rom with a lot or most sense removed

There is a flashable zip that would strip sense down to bare minimum. IIRC the dev was OmegaSun..

I'm looking for a rom which is closest to AceS one - no unnecessary mods, only these which are needed to have everything working. Every rom i saw was a mix of sense 2.1 + 3.0 (3.0 lockscreen is damn ugly and inconvenient tbh) with modifications and custom apps.

Obviously it will be the one for CM7 - i.e. if it doesn't have GApps already inbuilt. Its not as if there are "other" GApps anyway for Gingerbread.

i think i used the "universal" link on mine and that worked perfectly.
I downloaded another one before that and it caused CM7 to stay in the bootloop and I had to reflash the ROM, so not all work perfectly on the wildfire, but the universal should
Recently my gapps have been force closing a lot. For example, I can't even open a thread in Gtalk. I'm using CNA 3.6.0 with franco kernel. Any suggestions what to do?
did you dirty flash the rom?
No, clean install from Android Revolution (I wiped everything).
I believe Gtalk is the only one which is problematic.
