[Q] please help me developers

i purchase ARC in used
it has 2.3.2
base-band
7x30A-AAABQMAZM-1290-14-14
build number
3.0.A.2.184
1) i don't know its boot-loader unlocked or not please tell me how can i check it
2) and please tell me how can i check its firmware version, because i want to
flash a rooted firmware in it....
because this in this link given below there are different firmwares

so how should i know what is my firmware
3) my arc is orange branded phone can i install the
LT15i_3.0.1.A.0.145_Generic Global_system in it
only developer give me the ans or those who have complete knowledge on it

If u wave a branded phone your Bootloader can't be unlocked yet You can find info about firmware etc on your phone at Settings -> About Phone.

[Q] Cannot Upgrade the Firmware OTA - Help!

I am a new comer of X'play and just buy a new R800i (ver 2.3.2 / Build 3.0.A.2.184 ) and rooted through "Gingerbreak".
I want to update the firmware by OTA because I want to keep the Rooted status.
When I go to "About Phone/Software update/Update now/.. It say:
"You must use a computer to update your phone. Find out more at sonyericsson.com/update".
Pls help to explain in details how can I go OTA . Thanks.!

I wondered why neither PCC nor OTA tells me about the .62 fw for my play (GSM)
PCC always tells me im up to date.... even its the .42 fw.
And: did we ever get changelogs from sony?

i mean that what is your country , i had same problem in Iran
Iran is experiencing sanction , so i have to update my xperia play offline.
if you have same problem , just search on Google or XDa , that is easy , you can find ftf file and flash that my friend

oh im in germany - so the county shouldn't be the prob.
and i also expected to have the lastest fw - but who knows...

[Q] Update firmware Xperia Z1C with CWM 6.0.6.4

Hello,
please can you tell me how to update firmware to 14.3.A.0.757 on my Z1C with CWM 6.0.6.4 and unlock bootloader?
SUS and PC Companion do not use and flashtool stop at this:
16/012/2014 11:12:58 - DEBUG - (USBFlashWin32.java:51) - Reading packet from phone
Please can you help me with update to new firmware?

[Q] confused with flashtool

do i have to use the latest flashtool ver. 0.9.18.4 to flash the ftf for z1 compact ?
or do i have to use the specific ver. for this device ?
please reply ASAP
