Hello all, this is a port of rascream by rascarlo.
Originally made for a few devices, like the GSM Nexus S, I decided to port it after seeing a rising interest in the ROM
Big thanks to rascarlo for making rascream and giving me permission to share with the community. Also thanks to simms22, morfic and everyone with euroskank for help and support

Flashing Instructions:
wipe cache
wipe dalvik cache
flash zip
reboot
log into google and let it sync
(opt.) push your busybox in the way you want or use Stericson BusyBox
reboot
(opt.) flash kernel since it comes with stock (i would flash trinity)
fix permissions
reboot
I recommend using a kernel from the Trinity series, downloads for those can be found here. I personally use T12 or T11 (EXPERIMENTAL, NON 4.7 BUILDS) both run very well on this ROM
Judging by the change log you may have to install busybox separately
You can use the pre installed busybox app to do so

I LOVE YOU GUYS! *NO HOMO* xD
Just installed and set up my phone the way I like it and WOW is all I have to say. Its speedy looks great (black backgrounds) and it has nice little mods like the AOKP toggles and the volume rocker music mod. I like how its basically the official OTA update and it comes with all the GAPPS you'd expect. I'm using Trinity T122 if anybody cares, thanks fergie and rascarlo!
Thanks fergie!

Pull down the notification bar and just tap the settings icon, they'll pop up and you can tap the settings icon to get rid of them. Also if you hold the settings icon it takes you to the normal settings menu
Under display settings then toggles. Auto hide is on by default,I turn it off.

I get an error trying to flash this using TWRP. After flashing, I reboot and it returns to fastboot mode with message saying "no boot recovery image" in red.
Should I flash in CWM recovery instead?
EDIT: CWM recovery fixed the issue. Guess it was a TWRP problem.
You did flash a custom kernel correct?

Hello guys, i'm still new in universal flasher script so please backup your phone first.
I have test this in Stock and Custom JB ROM and its working just fine
How to install:
1. Reboot into Recovery
2. Install Mod
3. Reboot into your phone
No need to wipe anything.

Can you fix it so it will be compatible with the alpha 8 and other ics from?
Sent from my GT-I8150 using xda premium
i've just tested this mod on cm9 alpha 8 and it works perfectly.
if it doesn't work check some things:
-have cm9 alpha 7/8 installed
-have system theme
-try to start from the "pure" SystemUI.apk, not a modded one
-after the installation of the apk, open the app "battery bar settings" and check if the bar is enabled
enjoy
If i flash your mod first then flash other mod will it be work?
Sent from my GT-I8150 using xda premium
to be sure flash from the "pure" systemui.apk, not from a modded one. if you want transparency+batterybar(both) i can provide a new version
EDIT: i've understand only now XD if you flash another mod after mine, mine won't work because the other mod will delete mine and viceversa
Oh that would be good if you provide 2 mods at one zip.
Oh what kind of other mods? Can you tell me?
Sent from my GT-I8150 using xda premium
if you overwrite SystemUI.apk with a mod the effect of mine mod will disappear now i will build a new version with also the transparency and after that i will post it here
updated first post with Batterymod with also transparency enjoy!
How much is the transparency? Is it 100%?
Will in the future you will fix your mods so that it will work with other mods?
Thanks btw
Sent from my GT-I8150 using xda premium
:/ Cant install... cant install all your mods man
probably is a your problem because you are the only one with this problem. you have cm9? what version? the mod is tested and working on cm9 beta 1(never tested on beta 2 and 3)

Following the instructions in the OP, I was unable to get this to boot either. I am stuck at the SGII logo screen even after waiting at least 10 minutes. I pulled the battery, ran the install again...same thing
Do we need to go back to GB first to flash this?
I odined to el26 like always and it used caulks format 2x zip. Stuck on samsung galaxy sii screen. The flash process is way too short to install a rom. Something not right.

I asked about the ek02 kernel and got no reponse from the op. That may be the key.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ):
1. Why is my phone not deep sleeping?
A: More than likely due to GPS or a rouge app, Run a Speedtest or get a lock on GPS then test deep sleep. If that doesnt solve it use BetterBatteryStats to find the rouge app.
2. What is the battery life like?
A: No one can tell you what YOU'RE battery life will be like, however if you MUST ask its great.
3. My phone locked up and rebooted?
A: If you're using an alternative kernel please report in the thread of said kernel. Otherwise get me the /proc/last_kmsg as a text. I will then bug somebody else that knows how to read this gibberish to tell me what happened
4. Why isnt everything in the screenshots here yet!?
A: As this is 4.2.1 things are still needing to get merged from CM, eventually everything will be back.
5. Can i request that we get such and such feature?
A: You can i will pass it on to Rascarlo however the chances are slim that he will add it, IF its something i really want in the ROM i will see about adding it
6. What do i do with the goodies?
A: With my UBER mods/Theme you flash that, it'll be a zip. Reboot to recovery, flash and enjoy. However the softkeys are a zipthemer. If you dont know how to make a zipthemer in my Signiture i have a link to my Themes, Follow that and in the OP there is a link to HOW-TO's one of which is "how to make a zip themer.
