HTC Desire Telstra Branded

I believe that the HTC Desire is branded on the HW and the SW, but my question is does anyone know how to remove the software branding and make it like a standard unlocked version?
Is it possible to flash the Euro ROM and not screw anything up? If so, can someone please point me to that info.
Any help would be appreciated.

Anyone know if there is a way to debrand a CDMA Desire? The only RUU at Shipped-ROMs for Bravo-C is the alltel one, no HTC. Please help!

Because cdma phones are linked to one provider I don't think there is an unbranded version available

[Q] GSM (T-Mobile) Rom's on Virgin Mobile CDMA Wildfire S?

Can I flash a rom that is made for a T-Mobile Wildfire S onto my Virgin Mobile Wildfire S without problems? Or is the fact that the Virgin Mobile Wildfire S is CDMA and T-Mobile is GSM gonna brick my phone or make it not function correctly? Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks! Has anyone with a Virgin Mobile Wildfire S tried flashing any of these roms?

EDIT: For your question ROM is for GSM only and some reported it working on CDMA but wifi, sensors, etc. not working, also you might get your answer unless you flash it.

Im an owner of an Htc Wildfire S Rooted and i was wondering when the update will roll out in the U.S im anxiously awaiting this Please anyone with info ?

Really I don't know enough to help you, but I'll spread a rumor I am attempting to confirm or dispel... Did MetroPCS drop a 2.3.5 OTA update [potential Christmas present] to marvelc land? Now, did you say you were T-mobile? No, I don't know, but if your gsm, you probably have had 2.3.5. Marvelc side released with 2.3.4, htc has released kernel source code, but haven't seen htc's build on the marvelc side; would ne fun to see.

upgrade wildfire s bell canada to 2.3.5

is it possible to upgrade my wildfire to 2.3.5 on the bell carrier network, if so, how? if not, is there a way to upgrade it without voiding my waranty? and last of all, how can i temp root it,, like wich app should i use? thanks

I am wondering the same thing. Apparently there no many people with Wildfire S from Bell on this forum.
