If you head to the theme section here, someone made a flashable zip to remove the search bar. He also has one to set your screen grid to 5x4 or 5x5. Sorry I don't have the link off-hand.

This is the clock app from (I think) the Galaxy S, themed to look like that of the "new" GS3. As with all variants on this, everything works except the world clock map. Screenshots comparing are here.
Get the app here http://www.4shared.com/android/wlErqiGq/ClockS3Theme-signed.html

Well I'm back because I had to leave for a bit, here is the Task manager apk. All that was changed is the TW tabs. Screenshot:

Google Search Force Close fix:
Long press the home screen, select Settings. Select Voice. Select Language to change the default. Change to another language, I choose English – UK. Hit Home. Do a Google Search. Repeat the first three steps. Change back to English – US

adding pages
Am I the only one that can't add more pages to the homescreen? I've tried dragging icons and widgets to the right, but seems like I'm limited to the one main page and the google now section to the left.

Wait no the reason is because you have the mode set on "only when informative" change it to "always"
Your Google now settings
