[Q] Have the One XL, is this the One X? - HTC One X

I have the One XL from Rogers already. On PdaPlaza they list the phone as the One X. Is this the international version I will be ordering?
http://www.pdaplaza.ca/products/HTC-One-X%2C-32GB%2C-Gray%2C-Unlocked%2C-%283G-Bell%2C-Telus%2C-Rogers%2C-Fido%29.html
The One XL doesn't have very much developer support compared to the One X.
I just want to be sure this is the international as the specs say it is. Has anyone ordered this one already?
Thanks.

Looks like it's the quad core version of the One X so it should be the international variant, I would recommend taking a print screen of the the product page

Another Calgarian!
If it is 32GB/quadcore, it is the Int'l One X.

HTC One XL is the version with a 1,5Ghz dualcore cpu, 1 GB RAM and LTE.

[Q] International VS att HTC ONE X?

Hey Guys,
I am so excited to get hTC one X but I am really confused between the international and the att one
some would argue that dual-core snapdragon S4 is even better than T3 and vice versa .. any idea?
here why I am confused:
one x international: T3 better than S4?, will get upgrades b4 att,
one x att: S4 better than T3?, comes with warranty, cheaper (550$ VS 640$ for international)
my big concern is actually the warranty! 90$ is no big deal
to me, I don't care about the 16 VS 32 Gb or radio or even 4G!
so anyone to help me out?

I would think the international One X will have a better development crowd. That was the main reason I ordered the international model.

International version. For some reason development on cdma/lte phones is very slow. There's something about the configuration that makes things immensely complicated. Even Google stopped supporting the cdma Nexus devices.
Plus you can travel abroad with the international version.

I think the main reason development is slow on CDMA phones is that they're really only used in the United States. There simply is enough devs able to work with them. You have a good point about the international version though; you can take it traveling and pop any sim that uses the appropriate frequencies.
what about the warranty guys?
does it worth going with att htc one x for the warranty since international one doesn't come with any warranty?!

Both AT&T and INTL models have the same 3G support, only difference being the addition of the 4G radio. No major biggie here.
I'm in a postition to get the XL from my local 4G provider (Telstra in Australia, when they release it) but chose to get the INTL OneX from a dev perspective. Much larger dev crowd and earlier overall release. Look at the AT&T forum - dead! Yes it's only very early days there, but people were posting all over the INTL OneX forum well before it was available.
M.
i bought mine in europe and i have 1 year of warranty
ATT has a duel core version. INT has a quad core version
INT has 32gb of storage plus a extra 25gb from drop box . ATT has 16gb n no word on drop box offering 25gb
ATT has a LTE Radio inside which will be a battery killer. The INT just has a HSPA+ radio
INT version is everywhere so it will have a much bigger development than the US version
I just bought a international version n hope to have it tommrow.. the only big difference is the LTE radio.
Samsung had change the processor on the Galaxy Note and it has no problems
If support is such a big deal to you than stay with the ATT version and pay 4$ a month or w/e if your phone get lost or stolen or damage ..

32 gb vs 16 is the main reason to chose the int. that and the AT&T box sux.

this is not the case in the US!
to get international version of the 1 x, u should buy it from amazon or ebay ..etc without warranty (well, ebay provide warranty from 3rd party for 89.99$)
international version is better in my opinion.
THIS ARTICLE will help. It compares the Tegra 3 powered One X to the Snapdragon S4 powered One S.
Unless you need 4G, the international version should come out on top benchmark wise.
If you check out Engadget's review of the LTE One X it is actually superior in most benchmarks because of the Snapdragon S4.

it means absolutely nothing compared to real world
Where can you buy international version in U.S. with warranty? Everything I see on Amazon says no warranty.

EDIT
Sorry the seller is not in the US though.

Anyone want an AT&T One XL

I'd love to swap for your international One X

HTC One X Model Number

Is the model number for the intentional unlocked htc one x "720e" ?
Thanks
It's S720e
perfect. thank-you
I was also wondering what are the model numbers of the Roger's HTC One X and AT&T HTC One X model number?
I've also read there is a HTC One XL coming out. Is that the same as the Roger's edition or AT&T edition?
I guess for future reference - where would I go to find the model number of HTC One X and other phones as well.
Thanks in advance and apologies for the noobness.
bp
I am wondering the same thing, what is the AT&T, Telus and Rogers model number.
So far the 720e is the international version and the X325s is the XL version sold in Australia? But what about the North American version ?

[Q] Custom ROMs / CM and One X 16GB Asian model

I ordered a One X and receive an Asian 16GB model. I was wondering if there's a difference between the Int'l \ European One X 32GB and the Asian 16GB model, besides storage size obviously.
Though I'd ask rather than risk bricking the device. I'm wondering because when I google One X 16GB I get results for AT&T and dual core variants and my unit is a quad core tegra 3 \ GSM device.
Sorry for the noobish question.
I have the same phone, no problems. It is the same as the 32gb version, but with half the storage.

[Q] Difference between HTC One M8 and HTC One M8 Dual Sim

Hey guys!
I was thinking to purchase the HTC One M8 but I am a little confused between the two variants. I will prefer the dual SIM variant but I need to know if there is any difference in development between the two? Are all the ROMs and MODs compatible between the two device? Because, if not then I would need to scrap the idea of getting the dual SIM edition. The processors and chipset are the same between the two I guess. Your knowledge would be much appreciated.
