The instructions are in the thread. Download the zip file, boot into CWM, wipe data, cache and flash the ROM's zip file you'd downloaded.

2. Flash Rom
3. Flash gapps

but me install rom is it error
did you wipe everything..
Follow steps:
Factory reset/wipe system
Wipe cache
Wipe dalvik cache
(Do twice for sure)
Then,
Install from zip
And select your rom.
It ll work.no need to flash another recovery.
If it wont, might your rom file is corrupted.

If you want touch recovery you can download TWRP recovery.
Its official touch recovery and supports all features.
You can download Goo manager application from play store.
And then from it you can install that.
But its optional. Cwm recovery is cool enough.

do you have wildfire s 2012 model? my meaning is you purchased your phone in 2012? because if it is,you can't flash custom roms other than sense based and also only modified cwm recovery ll work. you can find it in general section.

I accidently wiped and formatted my directories sdcard data and system. After that when I started my phone only the logo appeared.
I managed to get CWM on it. Becuase there is no data on it I can't install the Rom from my phone directories. When I choose install with sideload this doesn't work because adb sideload says "device not found"
The phone only boots in fastboot and in CWM Recovery. All correct adb drivers are installed.
What can I do to:
a)Install Rom via adb sideload?
b)Copy Rom.zip to my phone to install it with Recovery?
c)use another way to install the custom rom?

That would be c) Use Flashtool and flash, ofcourse in flashmode a new ROM. Make a clean install. Best choice.
Here's the TUTORIAL : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2240614
P.S. Flashtool will work with your phone too, so use it without worries.
Thank you very much. This tutorial requires the Stock Rom for my Xperia S, the only link I found with the German Stock Rom was from uploaded and i accidently broke up the download and I don't want to wait until I can download again.
a) Can I use this Rom, since it is a modified version of the Stock Rom? - Where in the zip is the tft I need?
b) Where else can I get the Stock Xperia S Rom?
Use this one : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2320184
And you can find all the useful information in that link, about the ftf and all.

and not only this i've also tried another CM ROM and got same result .. Any step missing ??
Could anyone tell me the solution ??
Anyone could please throw some light on my problem ??

Can you give me link to innstall CWM over TWRP ..?
I think You will have to revert to stock for that and then root and install cwm. Here is the link to stock ftf, Select which ever suitable. I don't know which root works on Your device, so do check the thread for it. Then install the cwm.
Stock FTF:

CWM:

Well, You can try this app. It is an app to manage ROM and CWM, and hopefully will install CWM on Your phone.

If you wanted to go on b513 it was better to use local update method. If you are able to install stock recovery than download official b513 and install it with 3 button method. And if you can't go back to stock than download some custom rom and install it with TWRP. If you can't find those versions than go to b708 or b709 repacked versions and if you don't like it than downgrade.
