For holo launcher there isn't an option like this yet.
You have to make a new wallpaper with the size 480x640 and then copy the sgs3 picture in this new wallpaper and center the sgs3 wallpaper. Then save the new wallpaper. Now you have a landscape wallpaper...

Thanks think android should have natively have the option to switch between portrait and landscape in the wallpaper chooser.
Like there is in touchwiz (see pic)

Hi, I am unable to apply landscape wallpapers and portrait wallpapers separately. I keep seeing wallpapers on this forum, and they have one dedicated for landscape and portrait. However, I can only apply portrait wallpaper or landscape. It's one or the other.
How do I fix this? How do I apply both wallpapers?
There are 2 ways.
1; There are two files in your Windows direcory on the X1, stwater_480_800.jpg and stwater_800_480.jpg. These are the background files, all you have to do is change them.
2. I have made some 800x800 wallpapers to work great in both modes I'm also very picky so I haven't manipulated a lot of pictures for it yet...
I'll see if I get in a mind to upload mine...
This is a quick example: http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y256/dee_chan/8x8.jpg
Just a link now
Thanks, I think I know what you are talking about. I haven't tested yet, but I saw the stwater jpgs and it seems as if these two jpgs change in correspondence to whatever I use for a costume background.
Edit: okay it works, pretty nice, do you know how I can change the taskbar and the soft key bars and make them transparent so my background shows on whole screen? I doubt there is a way.
You are absolutely right, 800x800 los awesome in both portrait and landscape. I put together this wallpaper pack with 800x800 resolution: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=501819 .
Thanks for the superb wallpapers
would this work for custom tf3d roms too?

Not in it's best quality, but I did work on the images to make them work. I didn't upload any of them until today right now. It works perfectly on Jack's 3.3 Medium as my avatar.
This is my favorite.
This is one I am always trying to perfect
IDK if I'll be uploading more of them but I'll see what happens then.
OH and images should be 800x800. If they don't work, then you did something wrong
Thanks for these great pictures.
by the way check my wallpapers !!!!

Simply send yourself an email with the image attached (rar), then open the email on your phone and save the image. When you view the image, you have an option of setting it as your wallpaper.
Thanks to keyboardP.
Is it possible to have an alpha channel in these images?
If so, please make a translucent wallpaper.
this wallpaper IS translucent. but the live tiles wont show up until you touch the screen because the os is not loading them, instead just showing the dark background. so you see the background through that wallpaper.

Hi! That's my first sharing. (Sorry for my bad english)
I decieded to make a TW4 theme with smaller icons. For who want to use 5x4 app drawer layout. If you wish much I can continue this theme. Just request me. I will do it for you.
Thanks!
How to install?
Download the attachment and copy it to your sdcard/.TW4themes folder.
Go to homescreen. Press menu button > Prefences > Themes > Choose theme.
That's it.
You must have modified TW4.5 launcher!

Nice initiative. How do you get the icons in the appdrawer to look sharp too?
They went fuzzy on my theme... (Also an SGS II theme )

I know your theme buddy. The reason is your icons are 105x105. Mines are 72x72 Your icons blurry when I look on my pc already. There must be a way to find orginal icons.
looks nice, good job.

I scaled up the icons, because they were smaller in the drawer. Therefore they are fuzzy...
Good work, looks nice

try any other theme and you'll see the same splash screen ....it's a ROM issue.
For those who prefer the standard Android pattern unlock screen, I created a few "tricky" lockscreen wallpapers...
These work great with @Generalbrus's Bright Lockscreen Xposed Mod! With his mod, you'll get the white dots as all white. Without his mod, you'll see the lockscreen wallpaper dots as greyish.
A few screenshots in action on my OnePlus X:

You're a Genius!
Very nice idea, and I'm glad you appreciate my module!
(BTW I'm a "she")
Do you have any ideas hot to set this as only as a lockscreen wallpaper?
Ps: really nice idea!

Hi there, Personally I use the Xposed module GravityBox to set custom wallpaper on my lock screen. The XBlast Tools module would also work. Or you could use a root file explorer and put your desired wallpaper in with the default walls from OnePlus - then you'd just set it via Settings -> Display -> Lockscreen Wallpaper.
To have all the dots show white like in my screenshots above, use the module I mention in the OP.
Hope that helps!
