[Q] Theme Lock Screen Ring

Trying to remove the outer ring on the lock screen:

The image I have found that seems to be close is Unlock_Ring.png in framework-res/res/drawable-sw600dp-xhdpi/ but it is not the correct one (editing it does nothing)
Any one know which file controls the outer ring?

It's controlled by "ic_lockscreen_outerring.xml" in the drawable folder of framework
currently trying to tinker with that myself.

Tried changing the color to transparent #00000000 and setting the dimen to 0.0dip, but neither works with theme chooser (the change is not applied).
Let me know if you get it to work please.

You can't theme the lock screen with the theme chooser.

Yeah I know it.. I forgot yesterday when I recolored all the weather icons and then remembered it won't touch the lock screen. Just make a zipthemer.

[Share]Xperia Z2 live wallpaper and Z1 white calculator

In 4.3 i expected white calculator and New Live wallpapers..but it didnt came on update...
so i searched for them and i found...so I m just sharing this which i m looked for and found here

Calculator & Live Wallpaper​
If you want to make feel like Kitkat android from sony just try new Live Wallpaper Z2. Note, you need ROOT FIRST in order to do this.
Installation:
Push to /system/app/ with RW R R permissions for the Live Wallpaper and calculator.
and In live wallpaper colours will be changed if u move the screen continuously ,..u cant set colour manually...

Great. Finally there is some consistency in my apps and settings(not that that changes anything in my android), but the calculator app additional functions is a bit offset to the left. It's very easily spottable. Any fix for that?

After I moved calculator to system everytime I reboot my device it says "starting applications" anyway to fix this?

if you mean it could be better you can try it by yourself.
Its made for Emui 4.0/4.1 so with 3.1 there are some issues.
Theming is a lot of work and i have many other projects so i cant help you. im sorry

installed and tested on Honor 7 (EMUI 4,0) .. nice theme but in some area the fonts are black color on dark / black background (example : when I try to delete contacts .. the prompt using dark background and font used are black).

Hello, your theme works for emui 5? Can you make one for?

On edit or new contacts screen, the fonts and background of all the menus/options has the same color.
For example: go to contacts, press 'new contacts' and try to change the label mobile to work at the place where you fill in mobile number.
